He just stood there. Then, the most horrible thing happened. He... He opened a mouth that wasn't supposed to be there.
"What are you doing out so late?" He asked, he mouth moving as smoothly as my own, curling the words. I was somehow hypnotized by it. I was about to walk towards him, when I felt Shadow's gloved hand grab my arm.
"No, Sonic." he whispered in my ear.
"You shouldn't be out on a night like this." Slender said. He deep voice was comforting.
I struggled to get out of my restraints.
"No!" Shadow pulled and held my arm tighter.
"No, let him come here." Slenderman said softly.
"Why? You're just going to murder him!" Shadow growled.
"That's what everyone thinks." Slenderman hung his head, an angry expression showing on his mouth. He gritted his teeth. I could've sworn that he was looking at us.
"Wait... how are you talking to us and hearing us when you have no ears to learn how to speak or hear?" I asked, finally snapped out of my trance.
"Because. That's how I was born." he said.
"And how do you know where we are if you have no eyes?" Shadow asked him.
"I sense you, you dumbass. How else do think?" Slender snapped his head up to look at us.
"Oh." Shadow sounded a bit offended.
"Come closer if you want to know more." a smirk came across his face.
We both stepped a bit closer to him. His smile widened. We stepped a little closer.
"Sonic! Shadow! No, don't fall for it!" I heard Tails behind me. Did I listen?
No.
Me and Shadow got right up close to Slenderman. My vision went blurry and a staticky sound came to my ears. I could just make out tentacle like things sprouting from the Slenderman's back. One came at me and something got in front of me to stop it.
A familiar scent came in my nose. Shadow's scent. Shadow? Why would he save me?
My vision cleared and the sight I saw was horrible.
Shadow lay dead on the grass, a tentacle stabbed into his chest.
