Viktor shook from the cold. Winter's icy arms were wrapped around him, showing no signs of release. He wasn't very bothered by the weather, though. No. He had important news. Very special news that needed to be shared immediatley. And very bad news that needed to be acted upon instantly. He was so close to finishing his final mission that he could almost feel it. He needed to get her. He needed Clara.

He needed to bring her home.

And he knew just where that was.

Viktor looked around, his eyes boring into every detail of his surroundings so that he could make his way back without trouble. He wouldn't do that until he had renforcements, of course. Valentin could be anywhere. That's what scared him the most. Valentin could be lurking in the shadows, just behind Clara at any moment. He had Masked her as best as he could, even taking the precaution of Masking her Araken blade as well.

He nearly jumped with joy as he found the portal. It seemed like an ordinary brick wall, but it was so much more. It was the portal to the Third Dimension, which was exactly where he needed to go. The Third Dimension was the realm of Heaven, the Fourth was the realm of Hell. There were seperate gateways to each so that enemies could not have easy access to each other, ending up in full blown war. That had happened once, and the memories made Viktor shudder every time.

The entrance to the Third Dimension was guarded by the D'Narae, women who were half-woman, half-cat. They were extremely intelligent and fierce, making excellent guardians of Heaven. He tapped on the brick wall five times, causing the portal to open as the smell of burning wood entered his nose. The signal that the portal was opening.

Viktor's surroundings began to change as the D'Narae surrounded him. They recognized him instantly and let him pass to the center of Heaven. He shielded his eyes as his vision was flooded with bright, gleaming whiteness. He slowly removed his hand from his line of sight as his eyes adjusted to his surroundings. He grew happy at the familiarity of where he was, and then remembered why he was in Heaven in the first place. He had to talk to Michael. Quickly.

He walked at a quick pace down the street, searching the rows of houses for the home he had grown to love. Michael's home.

He found the large mansion and ran in, slamming the door behind him, not even bothering with manners. He knew how happy Michael would be when he told him, but also how crushed he would be when he was informed of Valentin's plans. But he needed to know.

Michael was like Viktor's second father, He had been his father's best friend for over 300 years, and he and Viktor had grown close. Michael was all that Viktor had left, and vice-versa. Well, not for long. Viktor had found something of Michael's, something that had been missing from Michael's life for a long time.

Viktor ran into Michael's office, knowing he'd be in there. He had heard voices earlier that had been growing steadily louder originating from the office.

"Michael!"

Michael turned his head to look at Viktor. His eyes were as wide as saucers. It had been about 200 years since Viktor had come into Michael's home. Michael was stunned, to say the least. He remained silent.

"I've found your daughter," Viktor said his eyes locked on Michael. "I've found Clara."
