"Jack! Wake up we're going to be late for school again!" Emma said annoyed. She was my little sister an annoying ten year old brat, but I loved her with all my heart. I opened one of eyes and stared at her then sighed. "I'm up, I'm up" I said groaning. She dragged me out of my bed. We went to the kitchen as my mom welcomed us with a warm smile. On the table were our luches,she handed them to us"Stay out of trouble you two"she said"I'm looking at you Jackson" I chuckled a little and said I would behave. she gave me a kiss on my forhead.

I picked up Emma and headed out the door.We lived in a small villige named Burgess, I have no idea who came up with that name. Everyone here knew eachother and we all got along. Anyways me and Emma finally made it to school, sure we were late but we made it. Since it was a small village we all had school together no matter how old. "Aww the Frost kids till you finally dicide to join my class" Mirs. Honey said. We sat down without saying a word. Class was borring always learning the same shit,but whatever. After a misery that almost felt like a lifetime the class was dismissed. I was always the first one out. Emma catched up to me and graved my hand. " Hey Jack," said a blonde girl as she nuged me in the sholder. I looked over and said "Oh hey Punzz". Her, name was Rapunzel. She wore a purple dress which had paint all over it.And had her hair in a braid, she has the longest hair I have ever seen. And it pasesses healing power, but nobody knew that except me.She has been my best friend ever sinces we were kids and I can always trust her with any of my problems, no matter how big. "We're you guys headed" She said. "Home" Emma replied. She asked if she could tag along I nodded. We laughed all along the trip back to our house. Until we finaly made it home. We heard screaming from inside house. I looked at Rapunzel she nodded at me. I handed her Emma. My dad had come home drunk again. He was a good guy ,but as soon as he got drunk he becomes the biggest dickyou have ever seen.I always hated when this happened. I ran towards the door and when I opened it I saw my mom on the floor bleeding. I looked up at my dad,I made a fist as anger booiled through my whole body.
