•Elisabeth's POV
I smiled at my parents as I walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning, mom, dad."
Mom smiled at me.
"Morning, sweetheart."
Dad kissed my forehead.
"Morning, darling. Where is your brother?"
I smiled and took juice that mom gave me.
"He should be up by now."
Dad nodded and went upstairs.
I sat at table and saw Layla walk in.
"Good morning, Mrs. Stronghold. Hey, Elisa."
My mom smiled and I waved.
"Morning, Layla. Would you like eggs, bacon..."
Layla smiled.
"No, thank you. You know how my mom can talk to animals? Apparently, they don't like being eaten."
I smiled at my best friend. This is mainly why I never eat meat.
Will and dad came down.
"Morning, Layla."
Layla smiled.
"Morning, Commander."
Dad looked confused but then Layla motioned to her eyes. Dad nodded and put his glasses on.
Mom's phone started ringing and dad smiled.
"It's the other one."
I giggled. I like to call it Bat phone.
The two of them left and the three of us watched them on the news.
We then walked to the bus stop. The yellow bus stopped and we went in. Will looked at the driver.
"Is this the bus to Sky High?"
The driver closed the door fast.
"Are you crazy? Do you want every villain in the neighborhood to find us?"
Will shook his head.
"What's your names?"
"I'm Will Stronghold. This is my sister, Elisabeth. And my best friend, Layla."
The driver's eyes widened.
"You are the kids of Commander and Jetstream? I'm Ron Wilson."
I smiled at him.
"Thank you, Ron. We are ready to go."
Ron nodded and we walked to our seats. I saw Zack and sat next to him.
"Hey, Zack."
He smiled down at me, me being much shorter then him.
"Hey, Beth."
One more kid get on bus and we started going to Sky High.
Safety Bars were put on us. I closed my eyes, knowing that we'll probably have to fly. I mean Sky High? Hello, Sky.
When we finally landed I sighed in relief.
My legs were kinda shaky but I was okay.
Some girl, Gwen, showed us to Principal Powers. She smiled and told us that we have the Power Placement now. I sighed and looked at Layla.
"They shouldn't rank us like this. We are all heroes."
Layla nodded, sadly.
"I know."
