Chapter 12
I opened my eyes and saw Sebastian laying next to me  and smiled.

I got up and took a shower like normal but something felt different about today. I wrapped a towel around my body and looked in the mirror.

I pulled on my bra and panties with batman on them and then pulled on a black shirt and a black shirt.

I pulled my hair into a tight high ponytail.

I glanced at the mirror for a split second then started doing my makeup.

I then noticed something different about my ears.

I touched my ears I had never noticed how pointy my ears were before.

I walked downstairs and heard talking in the kitchen so I decided to listen in on their conversation.

"She just can't know right it's not the right time" I heard my mom say.

"She will find out sooner or later because someone will end up letting the cat out of the bag" I heard my dad say.

"She doesn't even know she's an elf or that she has a mate out there" I heard Damon say.

"What" I said.

"Audrey when did you get there"
my mom said.

"A few minutes is it true I'm an elf" I asked.

"Yes it's true and You have a mate" my dad said.

"How can you tell if you met your mate" I asked.

"Well when you touch you get a tingling feeling every time" my mom said.

"When you share a first kiss with your mate it's electric" Allie said.

"But, mostly you can tell by the way you feel around them it's like being stuck in a trance" Damon said.

"Do you think you may of found your mate" my mom asked.

"I think I may of" I told them.

I ran upstairs cause I was tired of talking it was kind of pissing me off that everyone has kept something from me.

Sebastian woke up and was hugging me from behind and Asked what was wrong.

I told him everything that my parents kept from me and told him how I felt that we were mates.

He told me he had to tell me something and don't be afraid.

"Audrey I'm a vampire" Sebastian told me.

I just started to laugh cause I didn't believe that.

"It's true Audrey see" he said showing his fangs and golden brown eyes.

Wow is all I could say he was truly beautiful.

He grabbed me and hugged me tightly I didn't care what he was it didn't scare me it made me like him more I mean come on he was sexy as hell already.
