"I know. I was getting ready. Is everyone on their way here?", she asked and I nodded while putting seasoning in the pot. After she refreshed my memory, we had to move all the way to Mexico so Kevin won't hurt her again. We had to change our phone numbers so he won't track us. The kids are here with us too and everyone just had to take a plane here.

"I haven't washed my ass yet. And your heavy sleepin country ass had to oversleep. So, I was in a rush.", I said finishing up my side of the kitchen with the food I cooked.
"Alright, that's my side. Now all you have to do is the turkey, greens, green beans, sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. Good luck.", I patted her back and she groaned and I went upstairs to change.
