2.5 Billion

They say that the average adult heart beats 72 times a minute, 100, 000 times a day and 3.6 million times a year. A healthy heart pumps about 2,000 gallons of blood through 60,000 miles of blood vessels each day even though it only weighs about 11 ounces on the average.

Every day, the heart creates enough energy to drive a truck 20 miles. In a lifetime, that is equivalent to driving to the moon and back.

A good belly laugh can send 20% more blood flowing through your entire body. When you laugh, the lining of your blood vessel walls relaxes and expands, So have a good giggle. Your heart will thank you. That's why laughter might just be the perfect antidote to stress.

You are all these numbers. They say that on the average, the total heart beats of a 75-year old would be 2.5 billion. Mine will all be for you.
