Project Made for Love ~

Getting Ready

Sumi's POV:

Me and Mina had started getting ready for our project which was assigned at Seoul.

I am that type of person that gets overly excited at the smallest things, and for something this big. I was over the top.

I woke up at 3 am to start planning what I wanted to ask the people, and what I should bring. Mina was still sleeping on her bed across the room from mine.

I had a pretty long list: Camera, makeup, notebooks, clothes, extra shoes, tickets and much more. Soon, Mina woke up looking as tired as ever.

"Why are you awake so earrrlllyy," she said in a drowsy tone.

"Oh! I'm planning for our trip! Don't you think we should start planning?" I looked at her in my usual cheerful way.

She looked at me confused, "At 3 in the morning?! Isn't that too much Sumi?"

I just looked back at her, and laughed at myself. She was right. I was getting too excited. Mina looked at me and started laughing as well. We both were now laughing, but slowly we fell back to sleep...

~The Next Morning~

Mina's POV:

I woke up due to the sun shining on my face. I checked the time.

8:35 AM.

I slowly walked to the bathroom to freshen up and made my way to the kitchen following my usual morning routine. Sumi was already there making breakfast for herself.

"Hello there my friend" she said. "I'm making a grilled cheese sandwich for myself, I can make you one if you would like."

I nodded in approval and after 5 min she brought in 2 plates of grilled cheese.

"So do you want to start planning after breakfast", she asked.

"Sure, I'm okay with that" I said as I grabbed my sandwich.

"I created a list of everything we might need, look over that real quick for me please," Sumi handed me a typed list that she created who knows when.

I looked over the list, there was a lot of things listed but everything was stuff we needed.

"Looks good to me," I handed her back the list.

"Great, there are stuff that we don't have that's on the list. We can buy some of those things things today and the rest tomorrow. We'll buy the plane tickets tomorrow as well." Sumi sounded much more organized than me in this situation.

After breakfast we made our way back to the living room, where we started planning. I had a notebook and pencil ready in hand.

"So..... let's see we will leave for South Korea next Sunday and reach Seoul on Monday, am I correct?" I looked over at Sumi

She nodded in agreement.

"Okay then, the first day we will take some rest and maybe ask some people in one area some questions. Then for the remaining days for the first week we could go to different areas in Seoul. So we won't tire ourselves and use our time wisely".

Sumi clapped her hands, "that sounds great! We already have our first week planned. Then for the second week we can start editing the videos and putting our results together!"

We both looked at each other with enthusiasm.

"How about the third week", I asked her.

"We'll go sightseeing, we can't just go to a different country and not see how unique the place is!"

She was right.

We were done planning pretty quickly, so we got dressed, watched some TV, ate lunch, and went out to shop.

We bought many things like clothes, shoes, a new camera, some suitcases, 2 portable chargers, and many more. It was a long day. We came home around 8, ate dinner, then slept.

~The next morning~

Sumi's POV:

I woke up pretty early as usual and started looking for tickets online so that could be taken care of. It was 6:30 AM and I found a perfect flight.

I booked the flight before people could take the seats I wanted.

Soon after, I heard Mina. She got up and rubbed her eyes. I waved and wished her good morning. She waved back , and made her way to the bathroom to freshen up. After getting the confirmation email, and the itinerary I closed my laptop and looked over the remaining things we needed to buy.

Mina came out of the bathroom neater than ever.

"Booked the tickets?" she asked.

I smiled and nodded.

Today she made breakfast for us, pancakes!

We did the same thing as yesterday, ate, watched TV, got dressed, and went out to shop. We came back around the same time as yesterday. But instead of eating dinner early we decided to start packing.

The remaining days were just that, we packed little by little everyday until Saturday the day before our depart. I started hollering in excitement, it was just too exciting to think about.

Mina's POV:

It was Saturday, the day of our depart was tomorrow. I was really excited, and I could tell Sumi was too, with her making all that noise and such. I couldn't do anything but laugh.

We put our suitcases by the door making sure we had everything. Today was our day to relax and talk with our other friends before we all went to different parts of the world.

We all gathered at a restaurant and ate dinner, exchanging jokes and "best of lucks". The dinner ended pretty quickly for me and Sumi since our flight was at 9 AM the next day and we had to be at the airport by 7 AM.

We waved goodbye to our friends and drove off back to our house. It was a pretty tiring day, we went to sleep as soon as the we laid on our beds in our dark room.
