Now, I think I miss my elementary days the most. I was so careless and ignorant back then; I thought everybody was immortal and my best friends would be there for me forever. This was when my parents loved me the most, we all signed those DARE pledges and swore we would never do drugs. They loved me for who I was back then, their perfect little angel child with straights A's, good friends, and no trouble. Little did they know that I wouldn't stay under their thumb forever and become my own person; not who they wanted me to be.
