11 New Beginnings

A/N: I skipped all the court stuff because I don't know how that works but Britney has the girls now. It's been about four months so Danielle could have the baby in the next few chapters.

Malaya said "hey Jackson." He smiled at her "hey honey what's up?" She looked at her feet then mumbled quietly "would it be weird if I called you dad?" Jackson hugged her and said "no it wouldn't. But nobody's asking you to. You can keep calling me Jacky if you want." Malaya smiled and said "I wanna call you dad." Britney said "what's going on in here?" Jackson said "Laya wants to call me dad." Britney said "that's nice baby. You sure you don't wanna talk to Eric anymore Laya?" Malaya said "yeah I'm good. I kinda miss him but I don't wanna talk to him anymore." Janelle yelled "mom can Christian and Joey come over?" Britney smiled and said to Malaya "go tell your sister to stop yelling and come down to ask." Malaya kissed her and Jackson before running up to Janelle's room. Jackson said "I like this baby its nice." Britney said "yeah kinda makes me want another kid running around." Jackson said "adoption?" Janelle said "mom. Oh hey Jackson. Mom can the boys come over?" Jackson said "hey sweetie." Britney said "of course they can. Are they staying the weekend?" Jax run in the living room yelling "it's spring break!" Jackson said "hey little man. Wanna work on the car with me this week?" Jax said "Joey and Christian are teaching me how to skateboard. Ask Laya she likes that's stuff." Jackson frowned and said "aright buddy but hey I wanna do something with you soon." Jax said "ok daddy I promise we will." Malaya came downstairs in sweat pants and a Tupac shirt. Jackson said "hey Malaya you busy this week?" She said "uhh Joey's coming over but we don't have anything planned. What's up dad?" Jackson smiled "Jax told me you like working on cars. Wanna help me work on mine?" She grinned and said "hell yeah I haven't worked on a car since my grandpa died." Jackson said "oh I'm sorry to hear that." Britney sais "baby you and Janelle cuss so much. You're ladies." Malaya laughed and said "mom you knew I wasn't gonna be girly when I was a kid." Janelle smirked "you're still a kid Malaya. Not even thirteen yet."

Malaya pushed Janelle playfully and said "my birthdays in two week you ugly hag." Janelle said "what the hell? Why am I a ugly hag?" Malaya laughed and said "because you just are." Jackson laughed and said "girls girls calm down." Britney said "just leave em be babe. This is how they are even when they were young." Jax yelled "the boys are here." Joey and Christian came in with Jax's friend Elliot. Jax grinned and said "hi Eli." Elliot hugged Jax and said "hey Jax. What are we gonna do today?" Janelle said "Jackie come here real quick." Jax looked and Elliot then went to Janelle and Malaya. Janelle said "is he your boyfriend?" Jax blushed and said "n-no I haven't asked him yet. So shut up Nelly please." Jackson said "Jax you like boys?" Jax frowned and looked at the ground. Malaya said "it's alright babe." Jax looked up at Jackson with tears in his eyes he mumbled quietly "I like boys and girls." Jackson smiled said "that's great Jax. Let me know when you ask Elliot out. I'll take you guy for pizza." Jax said "you don't hate me daddy?" Jackson hugged him "no. Why would I hate you? You can't help who you like. I just want you happy Jax." Joey said "see we told you he'd still love you. Go hang out with Eli before he gets bored." Jax ran back to Elliot pulling him outside. Janelle kissed Christian "I missed you babe." He smiled "I missed you too. Missed mom more though." Britney said "oh honey I missed you too." Malaya said "Joe wanna help me and dad work on his car?" Joey said "nah I'll sit in there though." Jackson said "do either of you boys work on cars?" Christian said "I used to with my uncles. Now I spend all my free time with Nelly or at work." Joey laughed and said "I don't like being dirty and covered in oil."

Britney said "well you kids go on and do something fun while I start dinner." Malaya said "Janelle can you braid my hair tonight?" Janelle said "only if you do my nails." "with the swirls and fake nails?" Janelle smiled and said "yeah please." Jackson said "have you girls been one real dates yet?" Malaya laughed and said "no da-Eric wouldn't let us." Janelle said "the boys would come over we'd cook and watch scary movies. Sometimes we'd sneak to the boys houses and stay the night when dad was drunk." Britney said "how often did you do that." Christian said "a long time well Janelle did if for about four years Laya only did with me until she started dating Joey so two years with both of us." Jackson said "girls I'm sorry you had to go through that." Jax ran inside screaming. Janelle said "Jackie what's wrong?" He smiled and yelled "Elliot's my boyfriend!" Jackson said "that's great son. Wanna go get ice cream? Since moms making dinner?" Jax nodded and ran back outside to Elliot. Britney said "I feel so old. All my kids have boyfriends." Jackson said "at least they're finally all together and happy."

Janelle Malaya Christian and Joey were all laying in Janelle's bed. Malaya said "I can't believe Jax has a boyfriend and a girlfriend." Joey said "not anymore. He called Melanie Fiona and broke up her." Janelle's phone rang she answered it on speaker "hey Dani. Everything ok?" Danielle said "hi Nelly i was just calling to let you know I had the baby." Malaya said "boy or girl? And why didn't you call us before?" Danielle laughed and said "calm down Laya. I would've called but he came way too fast. I didn't have time to call." Janelle said "awww we have another brother. What's you name him?" Christian said "I hope you didn't name him Daniel." Danielle said "shut up Christian. I haven't named him yet. Do you guys wanna help me." Malaya said "what about Jace?" Joey said "name him Marco." Janelle said "Alex?" Christian said "Jason Alexander Mercer. Call him Jace or Alex." Danielle said "I really like how that sounds." Joey said "I like Marco Jace Mercer." Danielle said "well Joey if I have another kid I'll name him Marco. Alright hon?" Joey frowned and said "yeah ok. When can ee come meet little Jace?" "anytime and tell Britney she wants to see him too." Malaya said "so he's Jason Alexander?" Danielle said "we can do Jace Alexander." Janelle said "cute. I'm gonna tell mom and we'll be there. You need us to bring you anything?" Danielle said "god yes please bring me some real food. Hospital food is terrible." Christian said "we'll atop at McDonald's. See ya in a few Dani." She said "bye kids." Janelle hung and yelled "mom!!" Britney said "my god were you always this lazy Janelle?" Malaya said "ma Dani had the baby we all helped her name him. Were gonna go see them soon she said you wanted to come too." Britney said "oh that's great. So what's the little guys name?" Janelle said "Jace Alexander Mercer."
