2 Janelle

Janelle feels terrible for leaving Malaya but she couldn't stay there with Danielle anymore. Danielle was a terrible women. Britney knocked on the door "hey baby. You feeling any better?" Janelle looking at her mother with tears in her eyes "no mom I don't... I should've took Malaya with me." Britney sat on the bed next to Janelle "you can go home I understand if you want to. I've loved having you here." Janelle said "no I refuse to go back as long as Danielle is there she's a bitch mom. I had to take care of me and Laya while dad was at work. All Danielle did was yell at us." Britney said "you're 16 now we could go to court and you could tell then you wanna live with me now. Maybe Laya does to." Janelle looked at her laptop screen it was on a picture of her and Malaya at the park. She said "do you think dad would let her come?" Britney said "we won't know until talk to him. I won't rush you but we have to do it sooner rather then later. Alright baby?" Janelle nodded and wiped her tears. Britney's eight year old son Jax said "mommy is Janelle ok?" Britney said "oh Jax. She'll be fine she just misses her sister." Jax said "oh im sorry Janelle I hope you see her soon." Janelle said "come here Jax." Jax gave her a hug and said "you're to pretty to cry Nelly." She smiled and said "thank you Jax. You're such a sweet little guy." Britney said "I'm gonna go call Eric and ask about Malaya." Janelle said "no mom don't he'll know im here if you ask about her." Britney frowned and said "I don't know what you want me to do honey." Janelle looked at Jax. His big green eyes full of happiness and wonder. "im gonna home in two weeks and tell dad that me and Laya are coming to be with you and Jax." Jax said "is Malaya nice like you?" Janelle smiled and said "she's even nicer then me. She'd love you so much buddy she's always wanted a little brother." He smiled and kissed her cheek. "mommy I wanna meet Malaya." Britney smiled and said "hopefully you will soon baby. Now come on you have school in the morning." He said "good night Janelle. You're still taking me to school right?" She said "yeah just wake me up when you're ready." He ran to his room. Britney said "try to sleep honey we'll make a plan in the morning." She smiled "I try mom." Britney shut her door. Janelle laid on her stomach scrolling through her pictures on her laptop for about two hours. She smiled at a picture of her Malaya Joey and her boyfriend Christian. She missed him and Malaya more then anything but she can't go home just yet.

Janelle called Christian from the new phone Britney bought her. "hello?" He asked his voice raspy with sleep. Janelle said "hi Christian." He said "oh god Janelle baby. Where are you? Are you safe?" She smiled "calm down babe. I'm fine I'm safe. Everything is fine." He sighed "why'd you leave?" "couldn't handle Danielle anymore. I need you to do something for me." He smiled and said "you want me to check on Malaya don't you?" "please babe. I feel so bad for leaving her but it would've been harder to get away." Christian said "are you coming home soon baby? I miss you." Janelle said "in two weeks. But I'm not staying." "what about us?" "you'll still be my boyfriend. I can't tell you where I am but im not too far away from you." Christian said "ok babe. I gotta go to sleep before mom comes in yelling at me." Janelle said "ok goodnight Chrissy I love you." "I love you to Nelly." They hung up. Janelle went down to the kitchen to get some food. Britney was doing the dishes "hey honey. You hungry? There's some chicken salad in the fridge." Janelle got the chicken salad and made two sandwiches "mom why did dad get us?" Britney said "he was in a better position then I was. He had a great job his own house he was able to give you guys a better life. I was pregnant with Jax and living with my mom. It didn't help that I was technically still married toy Eric and he wasn't Jax's father." Janelle said "dad's great but he's never home. It's always me and Malaya. When Danielle is home she's a super bitch. She won't help us with homework or anything because as she says we aren't her kids." Britney said "I'm sorry honey I wish I could've kept you guys. Jax asked so many questions about the pretty girls were on the walls." Janelle smiled "he's a really sweet kid mom. You did great with him. So smart and kind." Britney dried her hands and hugged Janelle "everything will be ok baby I promise. You should get some sleep Jax is gonna be up in about five hours to wake you up." "good night mom I love you." "love you more babygirl."

Jax said "hey Janelle. Janelle wake up." Janelle groaned and said "morning Jackie. You ready to go?" He said "yeah mommy saved you some breakfast." Janelle smiled "alright buddy let me change my clothes and I'll be down to take you to school." "ok I'll go tell mommy." Jax ran out closing the door. Janelle got up and changed. She put on black sweats a blue tank top and a black hoodie. She grabbed her blue Chuck Taylors and went down stairs. Britney said "morning honey." "hey mom. I'll eat when I come back. Ready Jax?" He smiled "yeah I'm ready. Bye mom." "bye baby have a great day. I'll pick you up after school." Jax ran to Britney's red mini van. Janelle smiled at her little brother and got in the car to take him to school. Jax said "hey Janelle. Are you and Malaya gonna live here?" Janelle said "I'm not sure buddy I know I want to but I have to go back home in a little bit. If we can't live here I promise we'll come see you as much as we can." He said "ok. I really hope you get to stay here though. It's been really fun having you to play with while moms at work." After about ten minutes of driving Janelle pulled up to Jax's school "have a great say Jackie. We'll make brownies when you come home." He said "awesome. Bye Janelle." As he ran to meet his friends. She drove back to her mothers house in silence. Thinking about how Malaya is doing and if her dad even noticed that she's been gone for a month.

Eric was a great dad but he put work and Danielle before his daughters. Janelle knew she had to get Malaya away from that house.
