Save the Princess

(Eren's POV)

I gently laid Kuchel down and started to look for Levi, from what she told me he was some where is this Mansion.

I cupped my hands over my mouth "Levi!" My voice echoed down the hallway, I heard a faint response from the end of the hallway.

I ran towards the sound until I reached a room with a gold plate on it that said 'Levi' I readied my gun and opened the door to see Levi on the bed in red panties, his wrists and ankles were tired to the posts of his bed.

"Eren! Help me please" he said as he saw me enter the room. I rushed over and made my first mistake, I put my gun down to untie him.

"I'm so glad you're here" he continued as I untied his hand "Kenny, he's such an awful man" he said as I untied an ankle.

I smiled slightly "Yea but you're safe now" I said as I got the last rope lose "I'm glad" his warm smile turned into something sinister. "Now I can kill you" I jumped away from him just as he swiped his knife, almost getting me in the chest.

"Fuck" I cursed as his eyes were red as he stared at me with a slight frown "You were supposed to stay put" he shrugged "Oh well, I've always liked to drag things out" he laughed like the mad man he was.

"Levi, get ahold of yourself!" I yelled as I blocked the knife aimed for my eye, he smiled again "What do you mean? This is me Eren! The me you knew was just an act, I never wanted you." He pulled away and tried to stab me again.

"If you never wanted me then why didn't kill me when you had the chance?" I asked as he had many chances to kill me before but never did. I pushed him away and grabbed the knife, in response Levi kicked me in the stomach and ran to a cabinet.

He opened it to reveal a whole collection of weapons, he pulled out a pistol and turned to shoot me. "It'll be fun watching you die" he said with a smirk as he fired.

I groaned as I felt pain spread through my thigh, shit how do I win? Fighting would just go against what Kuchel said...wait. I smirked as I started to run towards the raven and landed a punch to his jaw.

"Finally, I was getting bored" The raven groaned but was already moving in for a counter attack, aiming his pistol and shooting to kill. I used the knife to block the shoots but eventually the knife broke in two from all the hits it had been taking.

"Just give up honey  it's hopeless trying to win" Levi's eyes were even more red then before, I smirked after he finished his words. "That's the thing sweetheart,  I don't need to win" I rolled towards the nightstand where I had left my gun and grabbed it. 

Levi laughed and pointed his gun to my head as I did the same to him but made no moves to fire. The raven glared "Come on! Fire, punch me! Something!" He yelled as he shoved his gun into my forehead more. 

I smiled a soft smile and lowered my gun "I can't do it" I said in a breathless laugh as I threw my gun onto the floor away from us. Levi looked pissed "Put your gun up asshole! I'll fucking kill you!" Levi growled in frustration, but his eyes weren't as red.

"I love you.  And I don't say that to just anyone, now come back because I know you love me too jackass" I said as I grabbed his wrist and took the gun from his iron grip as steel grey overpowered red and tears started to slip from his eyes.

"T-This isn't fair" he said as he threw the gun and shoved his face into my chest as he sobbed I put my arms around his waist. "Come on, let me take you to my place to get you checked out" I suggested as I took off my leather jacket around his shoulders and picked him up bridal style.

Levi nodded "Okay" was all he said as I took him outside, but before we got to the door we had to pass Kulchel. As we got to the main hall I shoved Levis face into my chest so he couldn't look and rushed out the door. 

Mikasa was waiting outside in tears, she ran towards us and took Levi from my arms to hug him tight. I had never seen mikasa cry, but as she pulled Levi into her arms she fell apart into a fit of tears and sobs. After everything Levi had been through today he still was comforting her and cooing little words of encouragement.

I turned to leave and let them have their moment, Levi would let me know when he was ready to talk about whatever the hell we were. I made it to the street and was looking around for another car to take home but I heard a yell behind me.

"Hey jackass!" Levi yelled as he ran down the hill still in only my leather jacket and underwear "What?" I asked as I wanted to just go home and shower. I was still bloody and gross from the hospital.

He waited until he was close enough to me to whisper in my ear "Thank you for saving me my kight in shining armour, I'll make sure to pay you back greatly" was all he said before giving me a kiss on the cheek and running back up the hill.

For the first time in a long time I truly smiled, big and bright. To the point where my cheeks were hurting and all my teeth were on display, oh yes, I loved this man to no end. Nothing would stop me from loving him until the end of time.
