(A/N): WARNING! This is kind of a filler Chappie... not much action. Don't hurt me! *shields myself with little Itachi*

Elise's POV=

I was cooking a classic breakfast of pancakes, bacon, and eggs. I heard thuds and groans, signalling Athena and Kat had woken and were coming down the stairs. They entered the kitchen, the kids following not far behind them. Well, almost all the kids. Itachi must still be sleeping.

"Eat up!" I had made enough food for the navy and army, and sat down and ate. This morning I wore a light purple tank top with a dark blue sweater, a pair of whitewash skinny jeans, and blue and purple hightops. Athena wore a loose light grey shirt, a black beanie, her Jashinist pendant, dark baggy jeans, and red and black studded ankle boots. Kat wore a plain red shirt, the dark trench coat she always wears, a scorpion pendant, ripped jeans and dark grey hightops.

"Sho, whoshe wafing uf Wuce?" Athena asked while chewing. The kids ignored us - eating happily and without worry -  while Kat and I froze.

"I did it yesterday, and it was earlier than normal! She threw me out the second story window!" I shouted, brandishing my fork.

"I was nearly skinned alive last time! I'm not getting anymore bruises or cuts this week!" Kat shouted defiantly, growling at Athena. But the three of us froze when we heard the clunking of Lucy's heavy boots coming down the stairs. The Akatsuki kids got quiet - but still ate - watching us turn our heads to the stairs.

"Shit. Itachi went upstairs last night, never came down." Kat whispered.

"Wha? Fuck. Da weasel mus' be long dead." Athena muttered. At this, a few of the members were shocked and looked at us in a questioning manner.

"No, I'll save him!" I shouted childishly. Jashin help me, I'm going to die. Curse this childish act of mine.

I charged out of the kitchen, only to freeze in my tracks. There, a lazily dressed Luce was yawning, Itachi clinging onto her pant leg - not a scratch on him. Luce wore a black tank top, a dark grey fur-lined jacket, loose bootcut jeans, her shades and her favorite tanker boots. I gaped as she walked past me and into the kitchen, Itachi following close behind her.

"Holy shit! E's not dead!" Athena sounded amazed from in the kitchen and I swear I heard Kat do a spit-take.

"And he's in one piece?! A miracle worker!" Kat said. I walked back into the kitchen, picked up Itachi and stared him in the eye.

"Don't break her heart, she's gone through enough already." I said, a clearly fake smile. A flying fork grazed my cheek, impaling the wall behind me.

"Eh, hehehe... just kidding..." I muttered, a sheepish smile on my face as I saw Luce glaring.

"Well, now we don't need the Lucy-stick anymore. Itachi can just wake her up." Kat cheered. Luce sat down and started to eat the prepared plate. I set Itachi down and he walked over to Luce, who in turn picked him up and placed him in the empty seat next to her.

"What's a Lucy-stick?" 'Tobi' asked.

"You don't wanna know." I said, shivering at the thought. Everyone went back to normal, while I made Luce her coffee. Let's just say... Luce is not a morning person. I handed her the cup that says 'touch my coffee and die'. She took it and took a large gulp, returning to her pancakes.

Small Time Skippy

I hid my anger and annoyance with a large fake smile and a forced giggle. If I wasn't stuck acting childish in front of these kids, I'd kill them in their sleep. I thought, physically restraining myself from strangling one of the miniature criminals. Hidan wouldn't shut up and was chasing Tobi about the room, said "man-child" having somehow pissed off the former; Deidara and Sasori were loudly having an argument over art while Kat tried to shut them up by explaining how she thought of art, which just made it worse.
