Lucy's POV=
Itachi followed me outside, I'm not sure why, but I suppose there'd be no harm in letting him come along. I opened the storage compartment on the back of the bike, stuffed my shades into my pocket, and placed my helmet on my head.
"What is that?" Itachi asked. I sighed, grabbing the spare helmet, and knelt in front of him.
"A way of transportation, it's fast." I explained shortly, buckling the strap under his chin. I picked him up and placed him on the jet black and crimson motorcycle. I hopped on behind him and stuck the keys in the ignition. Itachi flinched at the roar, but I told him it was normal.
"Hold on tight." I said, before taking off out the garage, down the driveway, and into the city. He pressed his back into my stomach and I pat his shoulder in reassurance. I zoomed down 31st Ave; past Cobalt Lane and Willow Drive; turned onto Phoenix Street and pulled into the parking lot of Oak Plaza. I parked near my tattoo artist's shop and put down the kick stand.
"Were here." I helped Itachi off the bike and helped take his helmet off - putting it in the storage compartment. I took my helmet off and tucked it under my arm, put my shades back on, and made sure my bike was secure.
I led Itachi through the parking lot and into "Velvet Moon Tattoo Parlour". The bell on the door rung as I opened it and Danny, the owner and my personal Artist, smiled at me.
"Ah~ Lucy-tan Lucy-tan! It's nice to see you again! And who is this?" Danny asked, a smile on his dark-skinned face.
"His name is Ian. I'm babysitting for one of Kat's friends because of a wedding." I lied easily as we entered. Itachi didn't say anything and followed along.
"Ah, that's why Kitty-kun isn't here with you! Well Ian, it's nice to meet you! I'm Danny!" Danny was quite cheerful. He had a couple facial piercings, his skin was dark and he had light blue eyes and scruffy dark brown hair. He wore a black muscle tee, grey cargo pants, and work boots.
"So, what did you want done today Luce?" Danny asked me.
"The kanji for beast. 獣. On my right shoulder blade." I replied, shrugging off my fur lined jacket and putting it on a nearby table, along with my tank top and my helmet on top, leaving me in my bra and pants.
"Color?"
"No thanks Danny." I lay on my stomach on the bench and closed my eyes.
"What about the kid?" Danny asked, filling the tattoo needle with black ink.
"He can take care if himself, right Ian?" I looked at Itachi out of the corner of my eye. Itachi nodded, picking up a non-adult magazine that lay on the table with my jacket.
In a mere half-hour, Danny had finished and Itachi and I were getting back on the bike. I ignored the sting in my shoulder from the contact with my clothes. Before I turned the key, I looked at Itachi.
"Sorry about the wait. Hope you don't mind." I said quietly.
"I didn't. The place was quite interesting and the book had some information in it." Itachi replied.
"Hn.(Just making sure.)" I grunted, turning the key and zooming out of the parking lot, down the street, and into Pyramid Castle Plaza. Once again, off with the helmets, through the parking lot, and into a shop. This was "Kaylee's Music 'N More" music shop. Once again, the bell rang when we entered.
Itachi's POV=
We entered what seemed to be a music shop. I looked around as Lucy led me to a glass counter containing things. For, what was probably a lot of money, was a bronze violin. Other expensive-looking items were displayed as well. None of them really interested me.
