I'm about to destroy your childhood. If you are a massive fan and don't want the fairytale tarnished I wouldn't continue reading this.

Although, this is based of the 2017 Beauty & The Beast because... Emma Watson.

Belle sighed as she sat in her bedroom, all her chores she made herself complete each day were now done, leaving a tiresome Belle restless. She missed the others, the quietness was almost too overbearing for her to cope with anymore.

Her heart ached painfully as she wished the curse never broke. Things, although bad then, seemed to be a lot worse now. The Beast had become isolated, the lavish parties had stopped long ago. Instead of joy it was replaced with rage. A rage that seemed to be directed towards Belle.

Belle sighed as she sat in her room, after the attack from the villagers the beast had demanded that she was not to leave the castle. Out of love she obeyed him but with each passing day it was getting harder. She wanted to go out, to explore, to go back to her home for a short period of time.

The beast was terrified though, although things seemed to have gotten better after the attack and the curse had been lifted he feared that the villagers would once again turn on him. They were unpredictable and not to mention gullible, it wouldn't take much for another attack.

Despite his fears he kept up his appearance, throwing extravagant parties and being the king he should have been for years. Until a few weeks ago where it all came to an abrupt halt. And then there was Belle, he loved the girl more than he could describe with simple words. He hadn't even realized he had been suffocating her with his over protectiveness. She felt like a prisoner all over again.

Belle threw her book down on the bed in her private chambers, yes, they had unofficially been together but they were yet to take the next step. Being under the curse the beast had never been with a woman in that way before and neither had Belle. They were waiting for marriage. Apart from a few kisses on the lips the beast hadn't touched her, not in the way her body craved.

Secretly, she hated the way things were. What she hated the most was the way the local village woman looked at him with such lust and desire. The beast seemed to enjoy the attention, it boiled her blood even more knowing that other woman's eyes on him gave him joy.

Due to everything she had grown fond of the guard that stood by her door, many of days they would both sit and chat about everything and anything. His dazzling smile and amazing personality helped her get through the long days locked away in the castle. She hardly saw the man she was in love with, instead young Elliot held her attention.

"Run away with me," he had previously joked with her when their conversations turned into flirting. She laughed it off, she could never. She was madly in love but with each passing day she considered his offer more and more.

Would he love her more than the beast ever would? The thought passed her mind daily.

All the previous staff had been fired due to no fault of their own, he said they knew too much about his darkest time and Belle didn't dare to disagree. Although his exterior had changed there was something carnal about him still, something that put Belle on edge at times.

Elliot was her only source of companionship left in the lonely castle.

Belle sighed as she looked around her room, it was exquisite she couldn't complain, yet she felt the walls closing in around her. She didn't know how much longer she could live like this and quite frankly she was done.
