Twenty One Pilots was formed in 2009. It originally had 3 members. The drummer, Chris Salih, the bass guitarist, Nick Thomas, and the lead singer, Tyler Joseph. Is wasn't until Salih and Thomas left the band that Josh Dun joined as the drummer.
