???'s POV:
"Please, I just need to win this game. Give me something, anything. I want my team to rely on me." I asked
"How could I help you? Why would I?" The beast roared.
"I'll do anything, okay? Just let me have some sort of...something to help. No one believes in me and I want them to." I cried out to him.
"You'll do...anything for this gift?" He questioned me with an evil glare in his eye.

Andrew's POV:On my way home from Vincent's house, I get a text from Keith. I don't check it until after I get home, though.
"Hi, sorry I was kind of ignoring you. Just was thinking." It read.
Man, he seems really upset..what should I do? Should I call him? I sigh and dial his number.
It rang for a few seconds before I heard his raspy voice.
"H-Hello?" He asked.
"Keith. Is everything okay?" I ask in a very concerned tone.
"Oh. Yeah! I'm good, I was being a bit dramatic earlier. Sometimes I forget the guys just like to joke around, y'know?" He said in a happier tone than before.
"Oh, okay.. You had me worried." I sigh in relief. "See you at school tomorrow.." I say before ending the call.
Was he being honest with me?
The rest of the night I ponder of that question he had asked the other day as well. It constantly replayed in my head..However, the sun began to rise and I had to go to school on barely any amount of sleep I retained.
"See ya, Mom." I say, leaving the house and going into the car.
Everytime I breathed, a fine mist escaped my mouth as it was bitterly cold this morning. Focusing on the roads, I hear yet again another text from someone.
"Practice in the gym today guys, remember? ~Keith" It read in the groupchat.
I smile down at it and then continued my attention back on driving. Soon enough, I arrived at NarrowStream High.
Glancing at the texts once more, this time more people had replied saying they can go.
"Sure.. same time?" I reply and quickly gather my supplies for my classes today and exit the light grey vehicle.
The wind blows in my face as I speed walk to the front doors to enter the building. Nearly was late to first block, but lo and behold, I made it just in time.
I stared at the board as my teacher went on and on about the lecture today. Like always, I dosed in and out of sleep as he taught the class for what seemed like forever.
*Brr brr*
Hm? Another text? In the middle of first block?
"Hey" Its from Keith..
I quickly type on my phone, praying not to get caught by the teacher.
"Hi" I send the text then quickly stuff my phone back into my pocket. Soon after, recieving another.
"What ya doin?" It read. What does he think?
"In class, sadly." I reply.
"Same..hopefully the team gets in better shape after today." He replied.
*BRIIIIING*
Finally, next class.
The rest of the day, Keith and I went back in fourth through texts during classes until the end of the day. The entire team was to meet in the gym for practice.
