"U-Um, Oppa, you follow me upstairs to the rooftop? There's something I want to tell you."
Hoseok looked at Ha Gi, confused, before following her to the staircase that led to the top of the school. Ha Gi broke the awkward silence by clearing her throat, and looked intently into Hoseok's eyes.
"Oppa..."
"Yes...?"
"Do you....like anyone?"
"Yes."
Ha Gi looked at Hoseok, shocked by his answer. Looking at Hoseok's face, you could tell that he himself had no idea of what he just said. Realization dawned on him as he tried to cover his mistake.
"I-I mean-"
"JINJJA?!"
"WHEN?"
"WHO?"
Ha Gi said, raising her voice with every sentence. Hoseok flinched when he felt her grip his hand hard and looked at her in fear. He had never seen Ha Gi this aggressive and didn't want to provoke her even more.
"Who?" She asked, in a deadly soft tone. Hoseok stuttered and tried to explain to Ha Gi that he made a mistake.
"I don't like anyone and I don't plan to date anyone either!"
Hoseok mentally slapped himself again. His eyes became wide when he saw a tear slide down Ha Gi's cheek.
"A-Ah....Ha Gi..."
Hoseok felt a stinging sensation on his left cheek as he looked at Ha Gi, shocked. She ran off, bawling her eyes out. Hoseok sighed and thought that it couldn't get any worse since Ha Gi would get over it.
But little did he know that there was another problem waiting for him, there was someone who over heard their conversation. Someone Hoseok never wanted to see again.
