(Idk the name of Hoseok's dog so I'm just gonna say "his dog" or "his pet" if any of you know its name ols tell me coz its so cute😍)
"H-Hajima! It tickles!" Chan Yeon giggled as the tiny dog licked her face continuosly. Hoseok stood at the door, watching Chan Yeon play with his pet.
She smiled at it and ran her hands through its soft fur. Hoseok whistled and his dog ran back inside the house, leaving Chan Yeon on the ground.
"Aww it's so cute!" She gushed.
Hoseok grinned at her as he closed the front door. He walked into the kitchen as Chan Yeon trailed behind him and he pointed at the corner of the living room.
"You can leave your stuff there. I'll prepare something for both of us to snack on. My mom doesn't usually come home at this time and my Dad is overseas."
Chan Yeon nodded and placed her bag on a stool she found in the corner. Suddenly, she felt something wet and cold against her skin, making her jump in shock.
She turned around and found Hoseok's dog sniffing her leg. It's nose pressed against her leg.
Bending down, she placed her hand on its body, rubbing its back. Hoseok walked in and waved a CD at her.
He grinned, offering to watch a movie while they snacked. Chan Yeon smiled and nodded. She picked up his dog and carried it to the sofa in front of the TV.
"Is it allowed on the sofa?"
Hoseok shrugged his shoulders, allowing her to sit with the dog. He walked into the kitchen and came out with two bowls of instant noodles.
Chan Yeon raised one eyebrow and giggled. Hoseok blinked and asked what was so funny.
"I thought you knew how to cook actual food."
"Yah! I know how to cook!" Hoseok protested, puffing out his cheeks to pout. Chan Yeon rolled her eyes.
"Oh really? Like what?"
Hoseok gave her an uncertain look. He stuck out his hand to count how many things he thought he did well in.
"Uh... I know how to cook eggs! Um...ramen...pancakes..umm boil water...?"
Chan Yeon burst out laughing while Hoseok frowned. He had an embarrassed look on his face and scrunched up his nose.
"Aish...never mind. Just watch the movie." He snapped. He lifted his hand up to his cheek, only to find it getting warmer by the second.
He had had experiences with females before. Why was this one different? Was it because..he liked her?
---Halfway through the movie---
It was getting close to the jump scare scene, but Chan Yeon didn't feel anything at all. She was never the type to get scared easily.
She had finished her food and was about to ask Hoseok if he had finished, but was shocked to see Hoseok hiding behind a pillow he had clutched tightly to his chest.
His eyes were wide open and they were glued to the screen. She could see him shaking a bit, even though he made an effort to keep still.
Chan Yeon smirked and secretly got off the sofa. Just then, the ghost popped in front of the screen and Hoseok shrieked in terror, throwing the pillow at the TV.
"A-Aish..it wasn't that bad...right Chan Yeon...?" Hoseok mumbled, he had an embarrassed look on his face. He turned to look beside him and saw Chan Yeon missing from her place.
The empty bowl was left on the coffee table. Hoseok suddenly felt uneasy and his palms started sweating.
"C-Chan Yeon..? Yah! H-Hajima! This isn't funny!"
The lights went out as an ear piercing scream reverberated through the living room. He could definately recognise it, it was Chan Yeon's voice.
He knew she was just messing with him, but his body was so tense that he couldn't move a muscle. He sat on the sofa, frozen in fear.
He suddenly felt a pair of hands land on his shoulders, making him jump. He felt something wet on his neck.
"....boo..."
Hoseok screamed and squeezed his eyes shut, preparing for the worst. He opened one of his eyes slightly when he heard giggling and saw Chan Yeon on the floor, hugging his pet dog. He placed his hand on his neck.
Aish...dog saliva...
He pouted and looked away as Chan Yeon continued to laugh at his pale face. Wiping away her tears of laughter, she took their bowls to the kitchen, with Hoseok silently following behind.
"Why did you even choose a horror movie if you get scared easily?" She teased, recieving an eyeroll from him.
"Do you wanna study later?" He asked, placing his chin on her shoulder while Chan Yeon was washing the bowls at the sink. She tensed up and tried to avoid eye contact with him.
What is he doing? He knows I already have a boyfriend...or is this a thing that guys always do?
She blushed and stared at the sink, purposely letting her hair fall down to cover her face so that he wouldn't see her cheeks.
"Uh..y-yeah, sure, after I finish cleaning." She nodded.
Just then, the door bell rang and Hoseok looked up at the door in confusion. Nobody would usually visit him at this time. His mother usually worked late and came back home around midnight or early in the morning.
He left Chan Yeon in the kitchen and walked up to the door. He looked through the peep hole and almost screamed out loud. His eyes widened and he dashed to the kitchen where Chan Yeon was, drying the bowls and placing them in a cupboard.
He picked her up and carried her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. Shoving her in his mother's room. Chan Yeon was caught off by surprise and thought that Hoseok was just playing with her again.
"Hoseok wha-"
"Shh." She was cut off when he placed his hand over her mouth and looked outside the room. He looked back at Chan Yeon and ordered her to stay inside the room and keep extremely quiet until he said it was safe.
Even though she was confused, she nodded her head and sat down on the bed. Hoseok walked out of the room and gently closed the door, not making a sound. He walked away to where the the door bell was ringing endlessly.
Chan Yeon walked to the door of the room and placed her ear on the door. She could hear Hoseok groan in fraustration and muffled voices.
"What do you want." He asked in a bitter tone. She heard someone giggle and her eyes widened as she covered her mouth in shock, recognising the voice immediately. It was Sung Yoon.
"Oppa! Let me stay over for a while!"
