As none other than Toby's older sibling...... His older brother, Tim.
Tim was always making jokes about if he ever found out that Toby was anything other than 'normal' that he would end him, and mess him up so badly, that his body would be unrecognisable to his own parents. Too bad though, he had been stood there longer than Toby and Danny had wished. He saw the hug, heard everything said then spoke.
"What?! Toby you can't be gay!! Who will I talk to now? I'm going! You'll probably get GAY all over me! I think you should go too because don't think I'm not telling Dad!" Tim was fuming, raging, let's just say, he was not happy. "One more thing," He hissed, red in the face. He came right over to Toby and Danny and punched them. He punched his own younger brother in the face and former good friend in the stomach. Hard. "you both deserve this, you are WORTHLESS, PATHETIC DISGUSTING PIECES OF SCUM!"
Danny felt like crying or hitting him or... doing nothing and just agreeing that with what Tim said and thinking he was right.
By this point Tim had turned and started walking away, right when Toby got up, his face in pieces, bust lip, definitely broken nose and a cut cheek from Tims throws and swings , the cut most likely being from his 'ring' that he had on, although could you call it a ring, you could tell by looking it must be painful to wear; it was made of barbed wire after all, Tims ring finger and the surrounding ones were all scarred from where its cut into him, its a surprise he's not seriously ill from the rust off of the metal getting into the cuts it creates. As Toby walked towards Tim, a voice came from the right, "Don't even think about it sunshine" Toby and Tim just looked around not knowing the voice, but Danny recognised it straight away. JJ. They knew JJ but they'd never heard his angry voice, but Danny had. It was a malicious murderous tone; Deep and demonic. Tim piped up "You were going to hit me weren't you Toby? WERENT YOU?! WELL GUESS WHAT!!" Tim had ran at Toby jumping at him sending both Toby and himself flying.
Danny stood horrified watching as this fight between these two, once loving, brothers unravelled. There were fists flying, feet booting and kicking in every direction. Heads and limbs crashing to the floor as they threw each other around, everyone nearby was watching, but not one offered to help stop, simply because Tim had shouted that Toby was gay. Not even the police attempted to stop it or shoo the crowd, they just watched from their car nearby. In the end, everybody was cheering Tim on while Toby just took it all and stopped attempting to hit his older sibling back.
Eventually, the older of the two grew tired, so that's when Toby finally went back at it. He took Tim by surprise, knocking him from his feet making him fly back a few metres, when Tim finally landed, his head was the first to hit the floor. As soon as he collided with the concrete he was pooled in blood, it was coming from the back of his head. Swiftly, Toby got up and ran, grabbing Danny by the arm and dragging them along as they ran, and ran, and ran.
~*Timeskip Brought To You By The Magical Unicorn Of Evil*~
When they had reached the end of what seemed like a marathon Danny and Toby stopped, sitting against a tree and just stayed there. It was dark now, and they certainly were no longer near where any of their families would go. They sat there in silence, although it wasn't really that awkward it felt lonely and as if nobody was with them, it wasn't long before Toby had fallen asleep so Danny laid him down, resting his head on an old branch that must've fallen from the tree that they were leaning against and covered him with what looked to be an old, probably now dead, homeless mans blanket or something like that.
Danny stayed awake all night afraid that there would be another attack during the night or something, luckily there wasn't, but it still didn't help their nerves.
