Chapter Finale: He's Into Me

I arrived on time and went to the kitchen which was now turned into an office.

"Gather up everyone..." Mr. Fritz announced and we all lent him our attention as he started to talk about the things that needed to be done.

It was already 9:00 in the evening and I wasn't really aware until Judy tapped my arm and gave me my favorite frappe. I thanked her and got back to what I was doing. 

Suddenly, my eyes became blurry and little did I know, my body became weaker and I felt that someone grabbed me and led me into a room.

"It's okay Ru, I got you. I won't let Tan make a fool out of yourself again." A voice said into my ears. I can't make out who he was because my eyes can't seem to focus but one thing is for sure, he was a 'he' and a strong one at that. I felt a hand roaming in my chest, going down into my abdomen. I tried to struggle but my body seems to get weaker and weaker. 'What is happening right now?' I asked myself.

I felt a lip kissing my neck and for some reason, I felt really, really disgusted!

My shirt was being removed and my belt was being untangled. I tried to scream but my voice sounded so weak. Until I heard a woman's voice calling out. "Wei! This is not part of the plan!"

The plan? What plan?

The pair of hands released me and somehow, my clothes were still on my body. Later on, I woke up due to noise around me.

I squinted my eyes because of the brightness of the eyes around me.

"Ru!" A familiar voice called me.

I looked around and saw Tan. His right arm is still wearing its cast. I looked around and realized that I was back at my apartment. How did I get here?

"Judy called me and told me that Wei molested you in his room. She explained everything to me. How are you feeling?"

WHAT? I WAS MOLESTED? BY WEI YU!?

My mind can't seem to grasp what Tan said and so I just cried. Tan slowly pulled me into a hug and let me cry in his arms.

After I calmed down, I told him to explain what happened.

He said that Wei gave Judy your favorite frappe and told her to hand it to you. Little did Judy know, Wei actually put drugs on my drink thus, explaining why I grew weak at that time.

"But I heard she said that 'this was not part of the plan'" I argued.

"What do you mean 'Plan'? She never mentioned any plan." He answered.

"But I know I heard a woman's voice saying that this was not part of the plan." I explained.

He went silent for a while before he looked back at me.

"Then they leave me no choice. We will press for charges." He said, possessiveness back into his voice.

And to make this story short, after that incident, Wei was detained for further investigation. As for Tan, he told his father to cut off ties with him. I can't believe that all of those things really happened in my life. I can't believe Tan and I have come this far.

I've never felt so important throughout my life since I met Tan. He always makes me smile, always makes me happy, takes care of me all the time, and most importantly, he loves me so much and that's the reason why I'm into him.

You see that guy? The one standing in the cashier's booth? That's him. That's Tan.

And with regards to his 'marriage,' that is why we're both here at his café. Because we're both heading to meet our hired lawyer on the things that Tan can do to legally cut off his marriage.

As I end this part of my story, I want to leave you with this.

Love needs patience. Even in a hundred lifetime, if it's for you it will be for you. No matter how hard the circumstances in life may be, just be patient and the universe will give you a way.

If we're both lucky in our journey together, then I'll tell you later on with our happy ending. But as of now, that is it from the both of us.
