Chapter 6

Announcement: "Good morning everyone! Today is the day we announce the winners of our all-expense-paid cruise: Alice, Serenity, AJ, and Riley. And the chaperone for this trip is Asher. So those names that I called come to the front office.

After the announcement, I went to the front office. When I saw the other students and the teacher aid I was shocked. I knew all of them actually due to class. Principal Styx came out of dark and dank cave.

"Congratulations students, aid for winning this wonderful trip sponsor by the magnificent Madame. All of our faces, made that like" Oh My God!" face.
AJ especially.
Styx just gaves the load-down, the rules, no fighting is the main rule and to have fun and relax. We be spending two-three weeks on a cruise liner. So after school, I went and back my bags lots of books, mainly romance-fantasy and spells. My ability Warp-minded, is the ability to memorize spells, casting and read in an instant. Warp-minded is a very rare ability in the Magus race. I was very lucky to be born with it. Comes in handy with test and all. *knock knock* I heard knocking on the door. No one knocks on my door. I stealthily approached the door and I saw a silhouette of a person.

"Alice, its me Asher, the teacher aid," she said yelling through the door.

I open the door.
"Yes?"
"Principal Styx said that he needs mandatory log of your activities and a list. But first can I come in?" She requested.

I let and we head towards the living room.

"Coffee?" I asked.

"Yes please. Black if you don't mind!" She replied.

Asher took a sip of coffee and said , "Now onto business. Styx says we have to die due activities, but I can only plan some and we need you guys to make a log sheet what you guys are gonna do."

"Well I was just going to read to be fair. As the last line of my clan,I need to become stronger and wiser. If not, I don't deserve to use magic. Right?"

"Well...um..." Asher is speechless.

"That was a rhetorical question," I said.

"Okay. I have a question?"

"Ask away?"

"Not to be mean or anything. Do you have any friends?" Asher asked with concern.

I was bewildered and asking myself 'Why does she care?'

"No, not really. All of my friends moved away and I haven't seem since. Why do you ask?" I replied with curiosity.

"Cause maybe we can be friends?" Asher asked shyly.

This teacher aid,a person wanted to be my friend.

"Okay, I guess," I said unsurely.
Her stopped turning crimson and turned in a blissful smile.

"Do get our own rooms?" I asked.

"Yes!" She answered.

She drink the rest of the coffee and said, "Well thank you for everything. I must be going."

As she was standing up, I thought of something.

"Hey...why don't you stay for dinner?" I requested.

"Oh... so you are kind and generous. Well I cannot refuse this offer, since you ask so kindly. That would be rude." Asher said.

To be fair, I haven't been kind lately due to stress. Then it dawn on me.

"Hey! I'm too kind and generous but not as of late." I said sadly.

"Stress?"
I nodded. Then we went on with dinner. I fix Lamb Chops with a sweet barbecue sauce on top, the sides: Mash Potatoes and Strawberry Salad.

"Delicious," she said as took a bit.
"We talked until the witching hour and she offer her thanks and went home. I stayed up until I was done with the dishes and went to bed.
