Yours, Mine, and Ours

Return of the Uchiha

So I decided to continue thanks to my friends persuasion. This chapter is pretty short since it's midterms and I've been exhausted with work as well. But this was mostly just to introduce Sasuke's character into the story. The next chapter should be longer. Hopefully you enjoy this one.

"Sasuke!" The former brunette playboy called as he approached the young billionaire heir, checking out guys as he made his way over.

The young business mogul didn't know if it was him, but his best friend seemed to be more relaxed every time Sasuke visited. Whoever his secretary was was doing their job well. It couldn't be easy being head of PR. Granted, the raven had it much harder being VP of his family's company, Uchiha Inc.

He used to be cold with everyone until his outlook of life was changed by a certain goofy blonde. The raven had visited Konoha twice since he had moved back home to work under his father, hoping that anyone had heard news of him; but no one had heard anything from the blonde. It wasn't until his ex's parents passed that they had heard of his return. The raven was relieved that he was found. The two years he was missing were the most tense ones he had ever been through. He was still worried about him, but according to Neji he was healthy and happy.

Sasuke had mixed feelings on the news. He was happy that Naruto was healthy, but he wasn't entirely okay with hearing that he was happy. Of course he didn't want the male to be depressed, but when Neji had told him that the source of his happiness was a new person in his life that he had brought with him Sasuke felt like he had been gutted. Someone else was making his ex happy. He was making Naruto smirk. Making him laugh. Making him smile.... The raven smirked. What he wouldn't give to see the blonde's infamous smile. He would see it. That he knew. Naruto might not be here now, but he would have to visit. And considering that Sasuke was staying permanently as he would be taking over as president of the company's Konoha branch he would have to see him some time.

He had gone out and tried dating, but no one even came close to his ex lover. It was as if he was screwed either way. No matter what he did, he would never escape the blonde. It didn't help that this city would be full of nothing but reminders of him. He would just have to bear through it. Besides, this was a great way to get get in touch with his old friends (aka: his excuse to use them to find a way to talk to the eldest Uzumaki sibling).

His sudden disappearance had broken Sasuke's heart and made him wonder what had went wrong. Obviously he did something wrong if the blonde didn't bother telling him he was back after driving everyone mad. He just wanted to know what made Naruto keep his distance? Did he decide that he didn't want a long distance relationship? Was he tired of the the media always in his face for years since he had been in a serious relationship with a Uchiha? Was the raven not spending enough time with him due to his obligations as the heir to his family's company? Was he bored of him? And the worst question that he hadn't wanted to even think of: Did he not love him anymore? Had he ever loved him? Sasuke would think so. So, had Naruto fallen out of love with him?

He must have if he was dating someone else. And the way Neji had spoke of him –Sasuke knew it was a guy. Naruto never liked girls– it was serious. A frown unconsciously made its way onto Sasuke's face. Neji saw it and knew what his best friend was thinking about. Neji knew that the raven was aware of his feelings for Naruto. But the brunette also knew what the raven was unaware that he knew of.

He wanted to smack the blonde upside his head for causing his other best friend so much pain. He knew that Naruto wasn't feeling much better, but for him to just leave Sasuke –leave everyone– and not tell anyone where he went or why he left was unfair. At the time his actions could have been somewhat understandable due only to the fact that he was pregnant and –although he would never admit it– Neji knew that he was most likely worried, scared perhaps. But now, he has had more than enough time to confess to everyone what happened; yet for reasons unknown he still hasn't. Those who are aware of his pregnancy–basically everyone (hell, even Itachi knew)– had all wanted the stubborn blonde to tell the young business mogul the news already so they could work everything out. Neji would make sure of that. With the help of his boyfriend Gaara and their friends. Everyone had agreed that the adorable little raven deserved to have both parents in her life.

"Well, we should go." Neji said abruptly. "I wanna see your new bachelor pad."

"Still impatient, I see." Sasuke said.

The raven smirked, wanting to see his friends reaction of his home. It would shock the brunette. That he knew.
