It was finally time for maths and I was looking forward to seeing Rocky. I mean a subtle interrogation couldn't hurt could it? I'm sure it was normal to wonder about a new kid. I had all the questions that I wanted to ask Rocky about Ty in my head. I mean as far as friends of mine go Rocky is quite close. I talk to him almost everyday and I tell him almost as much as I tell my best friend Amy. Ok, so that's not much but still... We have so much in common. I just wasn't a talker. I'm not sure if he felt the same way about our friendship, but i hoped he did.

I got to Maths, early and breathless, I guess I must have rushed. I grimaced to myself. I barely know this boy why am I rushing to find out about him. I sat in my usual chair and waited for everybody else to arrive. They started filtering in. Some of them giving me strange looks- again. For the hundreth time today I wondered if I had something on my face, food maybe or worse a bruise? I hid my head as normal. I sometimes think the people at this school know way more than they let on. Why else would they be constantly staring at me? I'm not as special as someone like Bonnie. She was the most popular girl in school. An uber bitch if you like but has the looks and figure to get away with it.

"Hey R" Rocky said. I hadn't even heard him sit next to me. I'm always spacing out.

"Hey man. How's it going?" I know I talk like a guy. I mostly act like one too. Especially film wise. I love action. The only difference is that as well as loving gun fights and stuff blowing up I like a good perv on the male lead.

"Not so bad. So what do you think of Ty?"

"He seems ok. Not really spoken to him much."

"Well here's your chance." He turned to Ty. "Over here dude, sit on the other side of Robin"

I blushed crimson at the fact that everyone in the classroom turned around to see him take the seat next to me. The girls were glaring and the guys were just being nosy. I hated having this much attention on me.

"Hey Robin, we meet again." I looked at him while he was speaking and gave him a teasing smile.

"A couple more times today and I might have to get a restraining order" I joked.

He gave me another genuine. It was a laughable scenario, this guy that literally had girls throwing themselves at him, deciding to stalk little old me.

"Well i'll try to give you some space after class" he said. The teacher came in and set us on coursework. I think it was easier for him to do that than bother trying to keep everyone in check. Pretty much every lesson he did the same thing. I turned to Rocky knowing that neither of us were planning on doing any work.

"Sooo. Did you manage to get d12 world yet?" He said.

"Yep" I hid a grin. Finally something I could talk about forever. "I'm loving the bonus cd. There are only 2 tracks but they are amazing."

I saw Rocky shoot a satisfied grin over my shoulder and looked around to see Ty staring at me incredulously.

"That cd is only around in America" Ty said with his mouth wide open.

Slightly embarrassed I said "My step-dad had one of his friends download it."

"Oh, that's so cool."

"Ummm... Well I guess you could come round and listen to it since you live so close." Ty look shocked and I realised I had just invited a guy I barely know to my house.

"Well you don't have too. It was just an idea" I finished lamely. I turned to Rocky and we started talking about lyrics and which are our favourites. He was talking about how great the lyrics are that 2pac uses in loyal to the game. I pulled a face and he laughed.

"R, I know what you like. Rose that grows through concrete right? And the lyrics to many men and the good die young. There really is no need to start rapping today"

I blushed. "Am I terrible?"

"No your actually the best little white girl rapper I've ever heard, its just that we need new material"

"Well then write me some" I already know that his writing is amazing. "Write me a song that I can make some money selling when you get big" He gave me a grin.

"I love that with you its never if just when" I smiled at him and we carried on talking until the bell rung. I hadn't asked any of my questions although I guess it would have been a little difficult with Ty actually sitting there. I got up and left, leaving them.

On the way out I heard Rocky say. "I told you man- beyond perfect." I smiled to myself thinking that there's no way he got enough quality coursework done to call it perfect. At this rate we would be lucky to just pass.

The rest of the day passed easily. I was leaving the school grounds when Ty caught up. "Hey Robin, is it ok if I come over to yours tonight? Listen to that cd?"

"Err... yeah. Of course. Ill meet you on that field you were on the other night about 6ish?"

That would give me enough time to make sure my step-dad had gone to work. He was working nights at the moment.

"It's a date" he grinned as he walked off. I was more confused than ever. Was it really a date? Was he just using the phrase?

So guys, I really need some feedback right about now? I do love writing but I need to know if its any good? My opinion is very biased... :) loving the good weather and my week off work. If even one persons enjoying the book I will make sure I'm uploading a few times a week... Bribery I'm ashamed to say :p But to show im good for it there will be a few uploads today :)
