Olivia's Point Of View
We got to the bar, and he opened my door for me. My heels hit the ground as I stepped out of the car. We stepped inside the place, and I automatically felt like everyone should be arrested. People doing drug deals, underage drinkers, and prostitutes hung out all around the bar. Harry led us to a booth. The bars light source was from the bar, and maybe some from the juke box in the corner, it played Glory and Gore by Lorde. "so Olivia how was your day ?" he asked. Knowing that I am forbidden to share information about the case, I answered a "I'm a police officer, so, rough." grinning he layed back on his side of the table. That same smile was repeated over and over, but not a single soul could get tired of it. "Harry, speaking of days, how was yours?" I smiled as a bartender brought him a glass of water, and me a glass of Hennessey. "I guess you could say, crazy." he looked at his glass with a weird smile on his face. Made me curious what he meant. "how so?" I sipped on my drink. "Well today we got a guy who raped a girl after she was dead, and three other girls died upon his arrival." I almost spit my drink all over the table. "Harry, what is your job?" I swallowed. "I own the states mental institution for the criminally insane." His eyes smirked, but his mouth spoke the words. No one around here is good at keeping their eyes closed. The woman on the juke box sung. I tried to hide my fear. "Oh really, what do you mean three girls died upon his arrival?" I questioned, if he didn't respond with further information, I would go in for it. I will risk it all, like I have never lost. "Its classified information, sorry Olivia." I am going to risk it all. "Oh really?" I tilted my head. "Not even for me?" I did a puppy dog face. The only good thing is that is it working. "Okay fine, come sit over here and I will tell you." Harry said as he looked around. I stood up with my drink and sat next to him.
"Olivia, we found three female patients, dead. In the library." he whispered. "why didn't you share this with the police station?" He starred at my lips. "I have to maintain it, make sure it runs smoothly." His eyes traveled to mine. "You can trust me." "I know I can." He said so honest. Harry was a very attractive man to say at the least. "Harry?" He blinked. "how did you know they were raped?"
"Well, they were undressed. so I would think. Each girl was killed a different way." He knew so much I wonder how he is so sane. "One was hit against a book shelf, another choked, and the last was beat with a book." "Hey are you okay?" I have seen many dead bodies, but only with training, Harry was probably not given this training. "Sort of, I mean I was close with these patients, its sick, and horrible to see them like that, but I will be okay." I admired him for that, for being so strong. I saw his green eyes, and for the first time, they were not the beautiful green of a flowers leaf, but as green as a deadly wooded forest. After all, we are all lost children, just trying to find a friend. I grabbed Harrys large hand, and held it. "Olivia lets get out of here." he said but in a solemn tone. I nodded and scooted out still holding his hand.
He opened my door and then walked to his side. We drove to my apartment. I unlocked it and we went inside. "Olivia? why do you live alone?" he asked. "well I really have no one, I am alone." I shrugged. "Yea, me too, but we have each other." He smiled jokingly. Deep down inside I know Harry is a boy who just lost his way, but wants someone to help him. "of course." He isn't a bad man at all.
