 **Slight tw??¿?**

   "Save me,"

A little voice was whispering somewhere, I don't know where, I reached out to touch whatever was in front of me, I was  surrounded in darkness, not even my hand I could see,

        "Save us"

A new voice joined in, it sounded so desperate for help, sounded so broke, so defeated, so young, so lonely. I tried in vain to find the source of the voices, each step I took, a new voice echoed, pleading the same thing,

        "Help us,"

        "Help us,"

        "SAVE US,"

They all screamed and yelled at the same time. Then the hands came, all at the same time, grabbing and scratching, I felt every hand on each available spot on my skin, they grabbed my hair and limbs, all screaming the same thing,

        "HELP US!"

I jolted awake. Drenched in sweat, my skin was a pale color, my breaths were fast and shallow,

        Deep breaths, slow and steady,

I relaxed immensely but still held a sort of stiff posture, that dream seemed so real, so vivid, I looked around the room, it was somewhat dark, cold soup was placed next to my drawers, untouched. I snook a peek at the time.

'5:39 a.m.'

Knowing my parents, they would be at the hospital by this time, and yet they left me alone, they probably thought being in there would be too much for me, maybe they were right.
Since I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep again I did my morning routine, today was Sunday right? I don't know, there was a pounding headache going. I grabbed an Advil and swallowed the pill with a cup of water, it subsided enough for me to think straight about the hell of events that happened. I opened my closet to get a set of clothes, then the box fell. I completely forgot about, must of been because I've been thinking too much. I carefully picked it up and inspected it, the carvings said,

        'Laughing Jack in a box'

I threw the box on my bed and it landed softly on the covers. I would check it out later, when I have the guts to see what was inside, a little voice said this box wasn't normal.

I walked to the kitchen and opened the cabinet for cereal, what I found inside was unusual, a white wrapped candy piece was inside, it had a black swirl in the middle of the wrapper, aside from my sweet tooth, I opened it and smelled it.

        'It smells like chemicals.."

I threw the candy in the trash and ate cereal instead, since I was feeling lazy and still a bit sick. At least having some solids in my stomach will gain my strength back. I need the strength for the..Next...one, I always wondered if it would be worst than the last, apparently it is.

Ben made me trash the house, Jack had me some real damages to my body, and thinking about that now, it seems as if its almost done healing. Strange, it would take a week to heal. But it better sooner than later.

New found courage, coursed through my veins and, if they would fight dirty, then so will I. Inhaling then exhaling from determination, I made my way to my room, I walked in and eyed the box, contemplating it, I set my mind to opening it later again, I wasn't ready to see what was in it.
