I had trouble sleeping the night before my first day of high school, but who doesn't? I was excited to begin a new chapter in my life, I was always the nerdy kid that no one really talked to but now I hope to make new friends. Don't get me wrong Lucas is a great friend but I feel like I bother him too much, so I decided to make new friends, what also pushed me was that ever since lucas's ex (Sabrina) broke his heart he's been distant and hasn't wanted to hang out as much. As I got off the bus I headed to the bulletin board to check who my homeroom teacher is. I scrolled down the list and found my name, I scrolled my finger over to the corresponding teacher who was... Mr. Ferrin in rm 203, sadly Lucas was in another class so it looks like my drive to make new friends is gonna be pushed, I scurried up the stairs and into the class room I sat in the back and just waited for the bell to ring when someone who walked in caught my attention.
