Chapter 2 - Raindrop

It was already 10 past 6, my friends and I were sitting outside around a campfire.

Apparently Drew wanted to have one so we did it

I had my head on Vik's shoulder while he had his arm wrapped around my waist, we were telling stories of what we did on Christmas to our cousins

"Oh Alex, remember when you burned the ginger bread cake?" Drew asked me and I narrowed my eyes

"Me? Don't you mean you?" I said

"I--" I cut him off

"Fam, you forgot the cake in the oven for a solid 30 minutes, I'm glad you didn't burn the house down" I said shaking my head

"Well if you reminded me then that wouldn't happen" he said

"Sureeee blame it on the younger now" I rolled my eyes and laughed

He continued telling the story and I looked down at my phone "you alright?" Vik whispered

"Yeah, just thinking I guess" I smiled at him shutting my phone

"Lets go" he whispered to me standing up while grabbing my hand in his

"Where are you two off to?" JJ asked and everyone turned to us

"I'm taking her for a little walk" Vik said giving them a smile in before we walked out of the house

He threw me a jacket and I quickly caught it "jeez, thanks for the heads up" I said laughing a bit

He chuckled "come on" rolling his keys in his finger "I thought you said we're going for a walk?" I raised my eyebrow

"We are." He paused. "But not here" he said

I followed him to the car and he rolled down the windows before starting the engine and drove off.

"Where are we exactly going?" I asked

"Your favourite memory" he said not taking his eyes off the road, I squinted my eyes in confusion

"I'm confused"

"You always are."

I glared at him softly before trying to think about my favourite memory "can I get another hint?" I asked him

He turned the wheel to the left and looked around "I guess"

I waited for him to say the next thing but he didn't say anything "what is it?!" I said impatiently

He smirked "water"

Water?

"Huh?" I blinked a few times "now you officially lost me." I said with a straight face

He stopped the car "we're here?" I asked looking out the window

He took the key out and turned to me "Nope"

"Then..why did we stop?" I asked staring back at him

"I told you we're walking, didn't I?" He licked his lips before getting out of the car leaving me confused on what's going on

My thoughts were interrupted when my door opened and showing a rather shadow side of Vik.

"Come on my lady" he gave out his hand "we don't have all day.. or night" I grabbed a hold of his hand and he pulled me closer shutting the door behind him
