The boy watched from the shadows as the two gentlemen entered the building.
"Well, it's incredibly dusty," the gray-haired one said, looking around. "Very dusty. But I'm sure once some work is done on it, it will look good as new."
"I have plenty of faith," the blond one said. "I know this place can be restored to its former glory." He smiled at the other man. "Thank you, Monsieur Duval, for all of your help. Your patronage will always be appreciated here."
The gray-haired one, Monsieur Duval, smiled back. "I am glad to have agreed. You, Carwyn Descotaux, certainly know how to make a convincing argument."
Now having gained their names, the boy slipped away and went through a passageway very few knew of. He ventured further and further down, until he was home.
The boy cautiously walked up to the man at the piano.
"Did you learn who they are?" the man asked without looking up.
The boy nodded. "A Carwyn Descoteaux is the new manager, with a Monsieur Duval as the new patron."
"Ah, Descoteaux. I know the name," the man said, tapping his fingers. "Well, Monsieur Carwyn Descoteaux will be hearing from me very soon."
