Jade was sitting on her sofa, sipping a cup of tea while going over some work papers. Kaitlin was at school, so the house was quiet. As Jade went to put her mug on the glass coffee table, she noticed a little slip of paper with name scribbled on it. Confused, she picked it up and flipped it over. It read:
Meet me at The Coffee Shop. Please, we need to talk.

Sighing, Jade fell back onto the sofa, closing her brown eyes and massaging her temples. After a while of debating, Jade got up, putting her papers aside and grabbed her olive green Parker. She then quickly shoved on some black pumps and walked out the door, heading to The Coffee Shop
