Keira’s P.O.V

A roaring noise woke me. Looking out the bedroom window I saw a white van. Then I saw Mitch and Ryan putting boxes in. Changing out from my pyjamas, I then head downstairs. I stand out on the front porch watching the last few boxes being put into the van. Mitch strolls over to me wrapping his arms around my waist “You ready?” He asks. I smile, “Yeah I’m ready. Just gonna miss everyone.” Pulling me in for a hug I wrap my arms around the back of his neck and he whispers “Yeah me too”. After the hug he grabs my hands, “At least they won’t be woken up by a screaming baby” We both chuckle.

I head back inside feeling cold. It was about 9am. Mitch came back inside, “Right. Everything is in the van. Let’s say our goodbyes” I sigh walking into the kitchen. We all did a group hug like when I first arrived here then I personally gave everyone an individual hug goodbye. We walked out into the car and as we drove off I stared at the house till I could no longer see it. Ryan was following Mitch and me in the van behind. He offered to help carry the boxes up to the apartment. Parking the car outside the apartment building I smiled. I have the most amazing boyfriend. I pulled a few of our suitcases behind me while Mitch and Ryan carried the boxes.

I unlocked the door to our apartment and stepped inside, they placed the boxes down on the floor heading back down to the van to get the rest. Pulling the suitcases into a room which was going to be mine and Mitch’s bedroom. I sat going through the boxes putting a few bits into the kitchen like our microwave and toaster. After they had brought all the boxes up I stood up and hugged Ryan. “Thanks for the help Ryan” I say. He then gives Mitch a bro hug and a pat on the back. “Good Luck with everything you two, I mean three” He said smiling. He left the apartment and me and Mitch stood at the window waving down at him.

After Ryan drives off Mitch grabs a box heading into the bedroom. I leave him to set up the dresser while I put utensils and things away. Rummaging through another box I come across some photos of Mitch’s family who I haven’t met yet and some photos we printed off from Minecon. I place the ones of his family on the end tables and the ones of me and Mitch will go in our office when we have set up. I head into the bedroom to find Mitch struggling to set up the dresser. I snicker before I kneel down on the floor to help. Mitch kisses my cheek after we are done, “You’re so smart” He says smiling. We lean against each other with our foreheads before Mitch shrinks the gap between us and our lips connect and are in a full make out session.

Mitch’s P.O.V

Well that escalated quickly. Do I care? No. She’s my world, my everything. And so is our child. I slowly pull out from the kiss and she still has her eyes closed. She smiles as she opens them. I stand up offering her my hand to get up off the floor. “Come on, let’s get the rest of our stuff set up.”

After a few hours of setting stuff up we were pretty much done. The office was set up with 2 desks and our computers with our pictures on the walls. There was only one room left to do which was the nursery but we both decided to wait until she was about 5 months. Keira sat on the couch in the lounge while I connected the TV to the cable. Once I had finished I Joined Keira on the couch snuggling her as we flicked through the channels.

My belly began rumbling so I decided to order some pizza. A knock on the door told me the pizza was here. I opened the door and handed the man 20 dollars before grabbing the pizza and closing the door. Setting the pizza down on the dining table I then set out two plates will two glasses of water. Keira sat at the table grabbing a slice of pizza and setting on my plate before setting one on hers.

We ate and by 10pm we were both feeling a little tired so we had an early night heading to bed. I lay on my back with Keira next to me and her head on my chest. “Goodnight baby” I whispered. “Goodnight” She whispered back. I closed my eyes smiling and drifted off to sleep.
