Sydneys POV -
Something happened to katie last night at dinner, luke is saying annie pushed katie but brennan said he was talking with then and knows annie didn't do it.
Sydney: hey annie, how you doing?
Annie: well my girlfriend is lying on a hospital bed, only just woken up from a major cracked head injury and someone is lying to her and everyone else about what happened.
Sydney: so what did happen annie?
Annie: i think luke-
Sydney: what...
Annie: this is your brother are you sure you want to hear?
Sydney: umm i think so...
Annie: well okay then, basically luke was getting me and katie drinks all morning and i think he may have out something in her drinks, because she said everything was murmery and blurry before she fell, and all i saw was luke smiling horribly at katie as she lay unconscious on the floor...
Sydney: do you have any proof because you have brennan believing you but he's a sucker for you so thats mo surprise...
She rolled her eyes.
Sydney: but that's my brother and I don't know who to believe...
Annie: I don't but I'm getting there.
Lukes POV -
My plan didn't work from what i heard from Sydney and Annies conversation, katie believes annie... but i have so much more to plan out. Before annie could ever find anything against me I'd be framing her for the next incident...
