1. Rent out the entire blufit swimming pool
2. Invite William there (say it's a party of Matthew's)
3. Hire a group of friends, also bring along a handcuff
4. When William gets there, push him into the swimming pool
5. Handcuff him
6. Have your friends get a firm grip of him
