I woke up at around 6.30am, with 3 hours till I had to get to work. Yes, I know it's early, but honestly, that's the way I like it. I honestly don't know how I'm awakeat this hour! I was up until 12.30am texting someone. I mean, I'm allowed to , right? I am only 21, and still looking for the right person. I know, I know, 'You should live your life before you settle down' etc. etc. But to be quite honest, I want to settle down now, whilst i have a career and money to spend on children. I jumped out of bed and into the shower. As the hot beads of water made their way down my back, I thought about my day ahead. It was in the shower for about 10 minuets, then i switched the water supply off and went to go get dressed. I live about 30 minuets away from the office, so I stopped off at Starbucks to grab me and Lucy a coffee, today was gonna be a long day.
'Hey!' I greeted Lucy, as I walked into our office.
'Hey Kelsey, thanks for the coffee' she said, smiling as i passed her the hot beverage.
'What do I have today?' I asked, wondering if i had time to text George.
'Well, you have an appointment slash meeting with the 'Self harm & depression support group' in about an hour.' She replied.
'Oh, yes. Thank you.'
'If that's all Kelsey, I must head off now.' She said as she gathered her things.
'Oh, just one thing. I was wondering, as you, you know... I was wondering if you would like to be a part of this interview?' I questioned.
'Umm, yes. I was kinda hoping you would say that' She said as she left.
I texted George : Heya, want to meet up somewhen? ;) xxxxxxx
He replied soon after with: I'm so sorry Kelsey, I'm a married man. I hope we can still be friends? xI was shocked and devestated.
I imediatly sent back: Of course :) x
