Chris' pov
I woke up the next morning, Ashley's arms still wrapped around me. I yawned quietly and looked down at her, seeing that she was still asleep. I smiled a little, kissing her cheek gently before carefully getting up. She moved a little bit, but rolled over and went back to bed. I pulled the blankets over her, walking out to the kitchen.
I started grabbing some stuff from the fridge, deciding to make Ashley some breakfast. She helped me yesterday, so I owe her this. I started making pancakes, my mind slowly drifting back to Ricky.
Ricky was the only person that I ever truly loved. His smile. His personality. His everything. I loved everything about him. He was perfect to me.
But now he's gone. And I can't bring him back.
I shook my head slightly, putting the finished pancakes on a plate and putting them on the table. I walked back to my room, walking over to the bed. I shook Ash gently. "Ash, it's time to get up. You have to eat before school."
She groaned quietly, rolling over and sitting up. She rubbed her eyes tiredly, looking up at me. "I don't wanna go to school. I wanna stay here with you." I sighed quietly, looking down at her. "Fine. But at least get some food." Ashley nodded, getting up and walking to the kitchen.

After spending the day with Ashley, the voices had gotten quieter. I could barely hear them. I mean I'm not complaining, but it's a little weird to not hear them. I've gotten used to them, I guess.
Maybe I'm just going crazy.
