"Cerys! Cerys!" I called chasing after my best friend. We had just finished school for the year and we were going to an All Time Low concert tonight. It was going to be so much fun! I'd loved All Time Low ever since I was 11 years old, I'm 16 now, but I'd never had a chance to get tickets to their concerts before. They were always either sold out or I didn't have enough money that week to afford them.
"Ashley!" She yelled almost immediately turning around to meet me at the speed of light. "Are you exited? I'm exited. I'm finally meeting my heroes, what if Jack notices me? Oh my god!" she hummed along at a hundred miles per hour. She always spoke too fast when she was excited about something.
"Yes I'm exited! Are you stupid? I'm finally meeting my favourite band." I said back just as eagerly as she had "Shut up!" I said as she continued to babble on about god knows what. I barely ever paid attention to her because she always talked too much.
She screamed excitedly attracting the attention of other students. Ashley most definitely did not want their attention after what had happened to her last week Cerys didn't even know about it yet. Ashley needed to tell her soon. But it wouldn't hurt if she waited until after All Time Low, would it?
What if Alex notices me? What if I have a Anxiety attack in the middle of the crowd? What if I lose Cerys? Ashley began daydreaming about all of the bad things that could possibly happen but probably wouldn't. Breathe Ashley breathe. Ashley always looked on the bad side of things. Always thinking of the consequences instead of the good things that could happen.
"Ashley we're leaving." Cerys said as she pulled Ashley out of her daydream. Cerys had no idea what had been wrong with Ashley these past few weeks, she'd been acting differently, not just around her but around everybody. Usually Ashley loved school but recently she'd began to get bullied frequently, she'd developed an anxiety disorder and she'd began to get depressed. Cerys had no idea what was going on with Ashley, Ashley wouldn't tell her. But despite this tonight they were going to have the best day of their lives after all, All Time Low were said to be amazing live.
Slowly but surely they headed towards the doors to leave the hell (school) and began walking towards Cerys' house where they would be getting ready for the concert. Cerys' parents wouldn't be home until tomorrow night, they were both on business trips out of town. It was 4pm now, they had around an hour to get ready before they would head towards the venue that their favourite band were playing in.
Ashley slipped into the bathroom and put on her black ripped skinny jeans, her AWG shirt and tied her red plaid flannel around her waist. Her purple hair cascaded down her back in waves, she had decided to plait it last night so it would look good for today. She added a thin line of eyeliner to each eye. Once she was done she walked beck into Cerys' room and sat beside her on her floral bedspread. Cerys had changed too she was wearing her purple boner t-shirt and her black skinny jeans. She finished her look off by placing a blue flower crown on top of her head. Her dark brown hair was straightened and it just about reached her shoulders.
By the time both girls were ready it was almost 5pm. They were supposed to be meeting their friend, Kimberly, there. Kimberly had gorgeous pastel pink ombre hair that flowed down her back to her hips. She had ocean blue eyes that you could just get lost in.
Ashley and Cerys left Cerys' house in record time and headed towards Birmingham O2 Arena which happened to by a few blocks down from Cerys' house. The girls were both shaking with excitement. They both had wanted to see All Time Low for a really long time and once they had found out that each liked All Time Low they had both made a pact to go and see them together one day.
They had finally arrived, they would be seeing their idols soon! Ashley could see Kimberly's pastel pink hair in the distance. She started running towards her, not forgetting to grab Cerys' hand and drag her behind on the run towards one of her best friends. Kimberly turned around just in time for Ashley to grab her and to pull her into a bone crushing hug. The girls had been friends for longer than Cerys and Ashley had, 6 years, they just didn't get to see each over very often because after primary school they'd attended different high schools.
"Kimmmm!" Ashley dragged out screaming excitedly. She hadn't seen her friend since the month before and she was really excited to catch up with her. They hugged once more but for longer this time. Kimberly whispered in Ashley's ear "I missed you so much." She finally let go of Ashley after what seemed like an eternity and turned to Cerys smiling widely. Her and Cerys had only been friends for a few months but from what Ashley had seen they seemed to be getting along really well. They also had a lot of things in common.
Ashley and Kim chatted about everything and anything, as they stood in the long queue side by side. Cerys would admit that she felt a little left out but after all the pair had been friends since they were children. While the girls were still chatting they began letting people into the venue. They were going to be standing. Kimberly didn't know about Ashley's panic/anxiety attacks yet. Ashley hadn't mentioned it, she was embarrassed and thought that people would bully her for it even more than they already did.
They finally got into the venue. It was a little past 6. They'd been able to find a spot right at the front. They'd raced inside as quickly as possible racing towards the barrier, even pushing people out of their way as they tried to reach the front.
