Chapter 4

The first thing I think is shoot, I'm not wearing my glasses, all I can see in dark without them is the ghosts of my parents haunting me. I start to feel around and find my suitcase, I open it still scared. I hear screaming around me while I pick up my green glasses, I made them green so they glow in the dark which comes in handy. I put them on and keep looking sound my suitcase for my bright orange flashlight, I find it and am about to turn it on when I hear a girl screaming and Peeta yelling at her that shes evil.

I turn my flashlight on as fast as I can and turn it to the screaming girl, it's Katniss, Peeta's trying to attack her. I look around for something to help and find a knife, it throw it at Peeta's foot and it hit exactly where I want it to, he sees the blood and faints. I run over to him to help and find a first aid kit, I look through it and find the gauze tape to wrap around his foot. While I wrap, Katniss just stares at me holding the knife in awe.

About ten minutes later the train starts up again and Peeta wakes up he looks at me, then the knife in Katniss's hand, then his foot, then me again. "did you throw that?" he asks me while pointing at the knife.

"yes that's for calling me weak, quiet, and unable to use my parents talents." I answer proudly.

"oh, you heard that?"

"yes, and why where you trying to attack Katniss?"

"why do you think I wear the hand cuffs? I was hijacked" hijacked? I recognize it, jacked, jacker, tracker jackers, he must have been injected with tracker jacker venom.

A scream comes from the corner and the lights go out again I turn around with my flashlight to see Kira with a gash on her face and Harry with his a knife ring on his finger in punching position then I get hit in the back of the head, I turn around to see Ronald in the same position as Harry and I don't have my knife.

I look around and find my knife, I throw it at Ronald's hand, he squeals in pain and drops to the ground. I turn around to Kira to help her but she's in the middle of shocking Harry in the knee using her socks, he drops to the ground. Someone throws a blue pod into the middle of the room, blue light shines around the room. everything is frozen.

Effie walks in "you are not aloud to hurt other tributes before the games" she says angrily "the train is about to stop and I walk in to see your shenanigans. This gives me an idea, I will mentor all of you at once, and you will stay with me in the penthouse" then she storms out. We unfreeze and no one is happy, we really don't want to be together.

After about five minutes of silence, the train stops with a screech and we all grab our suitcases. We are let out in order, so Ronald and I get off before Harry and Kira. Ronald gets off and some people cheer, but most of them just stand there, I notice one rebel standing with his son who is looking away and looks about eighteen, neither are clapping, I hope they didn't hear about the train incident.

Now it's my turn, I remember Effie and whisper to myself "chins up, smiles on, don't slouch, get sponsors." and I repeat it until I'm shoved out of the train by Effie. I walk out smiling and waving, I straighten my back and lift my chin. I see Effie give me the thumbs up and the rebels son isn't clapping, but he's staring at me and he stares at until I get into the justice building.

Once I'm in there, I wait by the elevator with Ronald and watch Robert, Talia, Joshua, and Peachy get in then Kira and Harry wait with us the rest of the tributes come through. when sunshine comes, she's mumbling something about how she's "gonna win this thing"

Then comes Isabelle comes through mumbling saying that she's going to kill "him" along with "that talia girl" I'm guessing "him" is Lorenzo.

Then coming after group 10 is Effie "get into the elevator, you need your rest, tomorrow is the tribute parade" the elevator reaches our floor and I get out, I go into beautiful orange room a room and slam the door then lay on the bed.

I hear yelling downstairs "i need to talk to glimmer! I really need to, it's extremely important!" I hear a knock on the door, a boy comes in, it's the boy from the train station.
