What am I doing here again?

"Wow!" I walk along the sidewalk, my bag of clothes in one hand and my phone in the other. My parents just said their goodbyes to me and left, telling me I have school on Monday. Ugh! I hate school. "Watch out!" The voice snaps me from my thoughts but I wasn't quick enough to move aside, so we crashed into each other, falling on the ground. I only see yellow hair in my face and push it away from my face. "Please. Get off me!" "Oh sorry." I see a girl the same age as me wiping off her dress with one hand and holding a wand in the other. "Are you ok?" I look into the girl's eyes and gasp. "Star?" I stand up and she looks at me. "(Y/N)?!?" "AHH!" We both scream at the exact same time. We grab each others hands and start jumping up and down.

"I heard screaming! Where's the danger?" I see a boy in a red hoodie in an attack position. "Marco. There's no danger here." Star pats Marco's cheek and he sighs, standing in a normal position. "Hi Marco." I wave at him as he looks at me. "Marco. You remember (Y/N), right?" Star nudges Marco in the side as he realizes it's me. "It's nice to finally meet you in person instead of a mirror."

Blood Moon Ball...

Star's Pov.

"Now I know you can dance." I place his sombrero on my head. "Hat hair. ...Whoa! We both said—! ...The same thing! ...Okay, stop that." We both gasp and cover our mouths, as I hold up my wand. We both start to crack up laughing, "Well that was new." I hold a hand over my mouth. "Yeah weird." "Now go make me some nachos." "Okay." I shoo Marco out the door and slam it in front of him. I check to see if Marco left and race over to my mirror, pulling open the curtains. "Call (Y/N)." "Calling (Y/N)..." I tap my foot as it rings for a couple of seconds. I see eyes in front of the mirror. "Oh hey Star. *Huff.* What's up?" "First off what in Mewni are you doing?" I ask her as she shifts her eyes behind her. "Give me a second Star." I see her move her small mirror onto a rock and see everything fully. "Get her!" I hear Ludo in the background. "Should I come and help?" I ask as she flips the chicken onto the floor, knocking it out. "No it's fine. I can talk and fight at the same time." She kicks the giraffe and the two head monster making them hit a tree. "Ok. So the blood moon ball was tonight." "Did Tom invite you?" "Yeah. I went and it was awful until I danced with someone." (Y/N) forms a portal and throws each member of Ludo's army in. "I will return!" (Y/N) kicks Ludo into the portal and shuts it. "Well who was it?"

I see (Y/N) make it to her room and change into her night gown. She switches it to where I am on her big mirror. "The Earth boy I am staying with." "Oh Marco Diaz." She brushes her hair as I stare wide-eyed. "PonyHead told me. She 'hates' him." "That's PonyHead." We both laugh. "Well we danced and the Blood Moon hit us and so.." She drops her brush, "You guys are binded! Awe! So cute. I want to meet this Marco Diaz."

"Star! I'm coming in." I hear Marco. "Listen I don't know what to do." "Just tell him what happened, Star." Maddie whines in annoyance. "Fine." "Your highness. 5 minutes till bedtime." "Thank you Kip." Her door slams shut as Marco opens the door. "Hey Marco!" I wave as (Y/N) stares at the boy. "You are right Star. He is cute." My hearts turn red as (Y/N) starts to laugh. Marco's cheeks turn pink. "Anyways. I've heard so much about you Diaz." (Y/N) strikes up a conversation as he places the nachos on my desk. "PonyHead does talk about you a lot." Marco's eyes narrow at the mention of PonyHead's name. "Don't worry. I'm trying to make her like you as a friend." She let's out a laugh. "(Y/N) Star! To bed this instant!" I hear her mother yell coming into view. "Mom. You're embarrassing me." She yells while blushing furiously. "Oh hello Star." "Hello Mrs.(M/N)." I play with my hair. "Mom!" The Queen disconnects (Y/N)'s screen. "Well that was weird." I chuckle at Marco with a bit of blush still left on my cheeks. "Yeah." "Now let's eat those nachos!" I jump up and down. "Okay."

Naysaya Episode...

"Star! What is this thing?!?" Marco screams as the little head sticks out of his neck. "I have no idea. Janna do you know?" Star looked at Janna who was leaning against the wall. "Ah no. No I do not." "What am I going to do? I can't ask Jackie out like this!" Marco paces back and forth. "Marco. We'll think of- Oh I know who can help! Go back to the house and call (Y/N)!" Star pushes Marco away from school and back to the house.

*RING! RING!* "C'mon (Y/N) pick up the mirror." Marco taps his foot nervously. The mirror shows (Y/N) fencing with a guard. "Hey Star. What's up?" (Y/N) made the guy hit the wall. "It's not Star." (Y/N) took off her helmet and faced the mirror. "Marco! Oh it's great to see- woah! What is on your neck Diaz?" She comes closer to the mirror. "Marco is embarrassed of Nasaya." "Hmm. I feel like I've seen that thing before." (Y/N) goes to rummage through a box. "Marco sings about Jackie everytime he goes to sleep." "Ok. That's not weird at all." (Y/N) blushes at Marco as he tries to shut it up. "Ah here it is." "Marco thinks (Y/N) is pretty." Her blush darkens as she flips through the book, clearing her throat. "Ok a Naysaya is when it grows out of it's victims neck." She holds the book to the mirror."It reveals itself when the afflicted attempts to woo their true love, exposing the victim's deepest, darkest secrets for all to hear and to judge." "What the heck is that thing?" Marco points out to something in a bush. "Oh, that's a demon. The Naysaya is a total demon curse." Marco slaps his forehead. "A demon?" "Sorry Marco." (Y/N)'s blush starts to die down a little. "No thanks for everything. I got to go talk to Tom about this curse." Marco opens a portal. "Good luck dude." 

Back to the present...

I shake his hand as I chuckle a bit. "Yep. Wait! You guys are dating?!?" I scream in realization as the both blush. "What! No!" Star told me as I grabbed my bag. "Um." "So what are you doing here?" I rub the back of my neck as I told her and Marco what happened.
