Dick sighed as he rubbed his head down to his face. Out of the corner of his eyes, he sees a beautiful ginger moving towards him, placing a gentle hand on his left cheek.
"What got you stressed out? Especially at this late of an hour." She asked before placing a kiss on his forehead.
"Bruce has something to tell me..."
"That doesn't sound good."
"Yeah well, He said it was important. Something urgent." Dick grumbled before standing from the chair.
"Wait, you have to go now?" She asked
" I have to Barbra, remember? Urgent. I said it not even five minutes ago." He said in a teasing voice
Barbra gave him a look. The look that says, " Don't Start With Me."
"Barbra, it's alright. I'm sure it's something that can be solved quickly and easily forgotten afterwards." Dick said running his hands up and down her arms.
"Can't exactly promise that, can you?" Barbra mumbled
"I'll come back in one piece! Nothing horrible is going to happen, nothing is going to change." Dick said before kissing her on the lips.
"You better, or I'm giving Bruce a piece of my mind!" Barbra snapped
"Ooooo somone is being a feisty one tonight!" Dick joked before heading towards the door.
"Love you!" She shouted
"Love you too."

Dick groaned as he walked up to the door. Before he can knock, the door swing open revealing Alfred.
"Good evening Master Dick, you're right on time."
"Alfred, long time no see." Dick says hugging Alfred
"I really do appreciate the warm greeting, but Mr Wayne would like to have a word with you. It's urgent."
"So I heard..." Dick said walking into the house. Alfred walks him over the the Batcave where Bruce was sitting in a chair looking over at the screen.
"Master Dick is here sir."
"Thank you Alfred."
Dick glared at Bruce has he sighed and stood up. He walked over to the him and hands him an envelope with a black kiss mark on it.
"What's this?" Dick asked looking at Bruce who walked back to the screen.
" Someone..recently broke out of Arkham Asylum. "
"Is this what you wanted to talk to me about?? What's so urgent about this, this is our-"
"Open the letter."
Dick looked down at the letter, and once again looks at the black kissy mark. A feeling of something familiar and warmth.
"Dick.. Why do you have a black lipstick stain on your forehead?" Bruce asked
Dick looked nervous and ran to the nearest mirror. He looked at it and touched it.
"Izzy's Lipstick.." He said softly
Dick took a deep breath and opened the letter.
"Betrayal... it can end relationships faster then any substance or human on his very planet. Once you've done the deed, you lose trust, respect, loyalty...everything..instead of Love, all there is and maybe every will be is hatred."

Dick closed his eye and folded the letter.
"....Izzy is the one that broke out.."
"Yes."
"...and she's coming after me..."
"Yes."
"Oh GOD, this again!"
"If I am correct about this, Izzy doesn't know about Barbara. If she knows about her, she will kill her."
"..I know. I will take my leave now.."
"Dick."
Dick stopped where he was and quietly listened to Bruce.
"What happened five years ago.. I apologize for that. I didn't realize how much she means to y-"
" I loved her Bruce. Unlike anyone we faced, she was the one willing to change her image and that didn't strike you once?"
"I see. I just wanted what was best for you."
"By sending away the one girl in my life that I cared about and have feelings toward? What's done is done, you can't change the past and neither can I."
Bruce nodded. "We got to prepare ourselves when ACE comes around."
