Marks POV

We ran for it as fast as we could. Everyone was deathly terrified when f what was gonna happen to them. Hey all panicked and ran down stairs with me.
We didn't know what to do.
We couldn't help but feel useless at the moment knowing that upstairs people were getting hurt and we couldn't do anything. Anything but sit there on the couch and cry ourselves to a nap.
It wasn't a lie either.
Not entirely so. But Emma was the one who stood out in this situation to me, for she was the only one crying.
Marzia and Felix had each other.
Me and Emma had nobody. Without thinking I quickly and carefully walked over to Emma who was curled up crying on the floor.
No hesitations. I helped her up and held her in my arms as long as it took to make her stop crying.
Maybe we did have somebody.
Maybe we had each other.

No POV

It was quite.
Too quiet.
Everyone was rushing upstairs with no hesitation to greet the two after the ferocious battle.
They were less likely suprised and happy to find only one of them awake.
They ran to her and helped her up after she stumbled and held her hand as they pointed her vision to the green Irishman. He was on the floor not moving.
He wasn't conscious.

He wasn't breathing either.
