Chapter six

EMILIA'S POV
Colby and I have been dating for about a year now, Brennan doesn't really hang out with us anymore but we've all forgiven each other. I pulled up outside Colby's apartment complex and picked up all the flat boxes and brought them into his apartment " Okay here's all the boxes I used when I moved here" I said and Colby smiled " Thank you baby" " It's no problem, are you excited to move to your new house?" I asked " Hell yes, with Corey and uncle Elton there this place is going to be sick" " I'm glad your so excited". I said as I sat on the counter top " I can make you even more happy" Colby said and wrapped his arms around my waist " How?" I asked curiously " Emilia will you move in with me?" He asked and my eyes widened " What?" " Will you move in with me?" " Oh my god Colby, yes!" I said and he picked me up and held me close " Thank god I was so scared you were gonna say no" " I'd never say no to you" I smiled " Oh really? Well what if we got another girl and we had-" " No" " But you just said" " I'll say no to stupid stuff but important stuff I won't". " I'm just happy you said yes" Colby said and kissed me, I kissed him back and I smiled when I felt him put his hands on my butt " Really guys? I have Kat with me" we heard Sam say and we laughed " Sorry Sammy" I said and jumped off of Colby " God dammit Sam, I was so close to having sex" " Yeah, no you weren't" I said and Kat laughed.

" It's great to see you again Kat" I smiled and hugged her " It's great seeing you too Emilia" she hugged back. " Dude she said yes" Colby said to Sam and he smiled " She did?! Congrats man" Sam said hugging Colby " What's going on?" Kat asked " Colby asked me to move in with him and I said yes" " She said yes!" I turned and saw Corey and Elton at the door " She said yes!" Colby shouted and they ran over to hug each other. " And we're the girls" I said and Kat burst out laughing, " Sorry but this is a good time Emilia" Sam said and I smiled " I know but it's not like he asked me to marry him" I said as I ate some of the fries I left on the counter. Everyone went quiet and I looked at Colby " What?" " Nothing, anyway I'm gonna start packing" " Me too" " I'm just gonna grab my tripod" Elton said and everyone went their separate ways as I sat there confused " What is happening?". I grabbed the boxes and started labelling them and putting stuff in them, " Hey what are you doing?" Sam asked " I thought I would help you pack so I've already packed like half the kitchen, don't worry I only took the things I know you guys aren't going to use until you move" " Thanks Emilia" " Anytime, hey Sam can I ask you a question?" " Go ahead" " When I said it's not like he asked me to marry him, why did everyone go quiet?". " Uh, I gotta go" " Sam just answer my question" " Fine but don't tell anyone I told you, especially Colby" " I swear I won't" " Okay, Colby-" Sam stopped talking as a pillow was thrown at him " Shut your mouth Sam!!" Colby shouted and I sighed ' I'm never going to get an answer'.

After about two months Colby was finally moved into his house and I smiled as we had finished moving his stuff in his room. " Your finally fully moved in" " I know it's great, so where's your stuff?" Colby asked " Colby you had all my boxes, I couldn't pack anything" " Then come on let's hurry!" Colby said as he grabbed all the boxes and ran to the car, I sighed and ran after him and he drove us to my apartment. " I'll do the kitchen and living room, you do your room and the bathroom" Colby said and I laughed " Alright", I started in my room and was putting my cloths into a box, then my books and music and then I packed my bedsheets, covers and all my towels and teetowels. I finished quickly and moved onto the bathroom, it didn't take long as I didn't have much in my bathroom since it was so small, I walked into the kitchen to see Colby still sorting things out and I laughed " I'll start the living room" I said and went into the living room. I had finished within an hour and decided to help Colby in the kitchen " I'm done" " Me too" I said " All I have to do is sell my couch and bed" " We can take them and put them in the spare room" " Really?" " Yeah, Elton's being asking is to look for stuff, I'll call him now". " Hey Elton, Emilia has a bed and couch if you still want them for the spare room? Okay great they'll be here tomorrow I'll get a mover truck for them" Colby hung up " He said he'll take them".

" Great, now we just have to get all this to your house" " Our house" Colby said and I couldn't help but smile, the way that sounded was just amazing. " Okay you bring all the boxes home and come back and get me" I said " Alright, but it might take a while" " That's fine" I helped Colby put the boxes in the car and I walked back up to my apartment and lied on the bed. I felt so tired from moving that I fell asleep, I suddenly woke up to see nothing but black but behind the black I saw a figure and I noticed I was blindfolded " What's going on?" I asked sitting up but I was pushed back down. " Shush, stay still and this won't hurt a bit" the man's voice said and I started panicking " Who are you? What do you want?" " That's a secret, and I want your body" he said I started crying " Please don't" " It's time for you to be quiet now". He wrapped something around my mouth and pulled off my jeans and panties, he pulled his own down and I cried as I struggled but he thrusted into me. He started thrusting faster and harder and moaning quietly " Mhh Emilia" he moaned and I cried, biting down on the fabric in my mouth. There was a knock on the front door " Emilia it's Colby, I came back for you" the guy growled and came before jumping up, getting dressed and climbing out the window.

" Emilia are you there?!", I pulled the fabric out of my mouth " Colby!!" I shouted and I heard the door bust open. I pulled my blindfold off and saw Colby standing there with his mouth hanging open " Emilia....what happened?" He asked as he sat beside me. I started crying harder and he pulled me close " Emilia?..." " I-I was raped Colby" I cried into his neck and he held me tighter " What? When?!" " Right before you came in, he heard you at the door and ran" " Did you see his face or recognise the voice?" " No" I cried. " Shush it's okay, get dressed and I'll call the cops", I nodded and put my panties and jeans back on while Colby was on the phone, " Hello? Yes I'd like to report a crime. My girlfriend was just raped, no I wasn't there I just came in and saw her lying in her bed half naked crying. Yeah it's twenty six Terence lane apartment block c floor two, room six, great thank you". " They're on their way" I nodded as I sat on the bed shaking, Colby wrapped his arms around me and held me tight " I'm so sorry I wasn't tree to protect you Emilia, this is all my fault" I cried harder into Colby and soon the cops arrived. They examined the bed and took swabs while others questioned Colby and I, " Tell us what happened miss" " I had just finished packing and I helped Colby put the stuff in his car and he left. I came back here and I fell asleep on the bed and when I woke up I was blindfolded, he told me he wanted my body" I said as I started crying again.

" He said he wanted my body and tied the fabric around my mouth, then he pulled off my cloths and raped me. Then Colby knocked on the door and he ran, I screamed for Colby and he busted down the door and ran into me and saw me on the bed", " And your side of the story" the cop said looking at Colby. " I drove home and brought the boxes inside my room and got stuck in traffic on the way here, I knocked on the door and after a minute I heard Emilia scream, I busted down the door and saw her on the bed when she told me she was raped". I cried and Colby hugged me, " Okay, I'm sorry Ms but we're gonna need you to go to the hospital and get tested and swabbed so we can find the DNA he left in you" I nodded and Colby brought me down to the car and drove me to the hospital. We went up to the desk and smiled at the nurse " Hi, can we get a test and a swab please" Colby asked and the nurse looked at him confused " Why?" " My girlfriend was raped an hour ago and the cops sent us here for tests" " Oh my goodness you poor girl, follow me and I'll bring you to the best doctor" we followed the nurse through a bunch of rooms until she stopped " Excuse me Erica are you busy?" " Not at all" " I have a girl here who was just raped and needs tests for the police officers" " Yes come in and I'll get it over with".

We walked in and Colby sat down while I lied down on the bed, the doctor pulled my pants off and put my panties in a plastic, zip lock bag. She took a few swabs and did a lot of tests on me and pulled my jeans back up, " Alright, I'll go through the tests myself and send the results to the police, they should be in touch soon" " Thank you doctor" Colby said and he picked me up bridal style and walked me through the hospital and put me in the car. He held my hand most of the way home and soon we pulled up outside the house and closed the gate, Colby picked me up and walked inside " Dude what took you so long you've been gone for hours" Corey said " What happened?" Sam asked as he ran into the hall " We just got a call from the police asking for our address" " I'm not saying what happened in front of Emilia" Colby said " Dude just tell us what the hell happened?" " I was raped" I said quietly and they looked at me completely shocked. " What?!" Corey shouted, Colby put me down and wrapped his arms around me " While Colby was bringing my stuff here I was at home asleep, someone broke in and raped me" I said as a tear fell down my cheek. Sam pulled me into a giant hug " Emilia I'm so sorry" " Did you recognise the voice? Or see the person?" " No, and no I was blindfolded". " What's going on? I heard Corey shouting" Elton asked walking in the room " I'm bringing Emilia to our room, she doesn't need to hear this" Colby said and picked me up again. He carried me upstairs to his room and lied me on the bed, " How are you feeling?" " I'm okay" " Emilia I'm sorry" " It's not your fault Colby, if anything it's mine for leaving the window open" " You opened your window, so what your allowed to do it" " But that's how he got in". Colby took off his shirt and got in bed beside me, I cuddled up to him and he held me tight " I swear I will never let you out of my sight again Emilia, I'll protect you".
