Chapter three

EMILIA'S POV
I woke up the next morning and yawned, I looked around and saw that Sam was the only other person in the bed. I got up and put on one of Colby's jumpers before walking downstairs to see a shirtless Colby making breakfast. Looking at him I thought about last night and decided to tell him how I feel, " Morning Colby" I said still half asleep. " Morning Emi, how did you sleep?" " Great, your beds so comfortable" " That's because I'm in it" Colby winked.

I rolled my eyes " Yeah, sure", Colby chuckled and handed me a plate with sausages and bacon, " Eat up" " Thanks". I sat down at the table and ate the breakfast, Colby is an amazing cook. He sat down beside me and started eating his breakfast, I looked at him debating whether or not to tell him what he said. " Emilia why are you staring at me?" Colby asked, " What? Oh sorry I was just thinking" " About what?" " Nothing important I'll tell you another time". " Alright?" Colby said and continued to eat, I jumped up and ran upstairs to Colby's room and jumped on Sam, " Sam get up!" " Uhhh Emilia, it's too early for this" " I'm sorry Sam but I have a problem I need you to help me with" Sam sighed.

" Let me get the car keys" " For what?" I asked confused, " Do you not want me to drive you to the store to get some womanly items" " What? No". " Then what do you need help with?" Sam asked lying back down in the bed. " I like Colby but I don't know how to tell him", Sam jumped up " It's about time, you blind woman". " What?" " Colby likes you" " Wait he does?" " Yes!" Sam said shaking me.

" How do you know?" I asked, " He told me, duh" " I found out by him talking in his sleep" I said. " Wait, he didn't say it to you before?" " No" I said, " That liar I knew he wouldn't do it". " Anyway, just tell Colby how you feel" " I'm too scared" " Do you want me to bring it up and you tell him?" Sam asked, " No I have the perfect way".

All week we've been getting ready for our graduation and now the day was finally here. I woke up early to shower and get ready, I put on my red and black skin tight dress with black heels. I did my make up, a little smoky eye, red lipstick and curled my hair. I got in the car and my mom and dad drove to school and watched as I graduated with my two best friends. We stood beside each other and got pictures taken by my family, Sam's and Colby's.

Our parents walked away to talk leaving the three of us together. " I can't believe we're finally done" I smiled, " I know, I can't wait for my big adventure to begin" Sam said, I looked up at Colby but his mind was somewhere else. " Colby? You okay?" I asked as he snapped back " Oh yeah sorry" he said shaking his head. " Are you guys ready for the party tonight?" I asked, " As ready as we'll ever be" Sam sighed, " It will be a great party don't worry" I promised.

" So what are you guys wearing under your gown", Colby took off his to reveal dress pants and a blue shirt, Sam did to the same, he wore dress pants and a white shirt. " Very nice and classy" I said, " What about you?" Sam asked, I took off my gown to reveal my thigh high dress, I looked up and saw Colby's mouth was hanging open. " You okay there Colby?" I smirked, he quickly shut his mouth and rubbed his head " You look great" he said awkwardly, " You look amazing" Sam smiled as he hugged me.

We said goodbye to our family's and got into Colby's car, we arrived at Crystal's house quickly and were greeted by her when we walked in. " You look amazing Emilia" she smiled at me, " Thank you, you look amazing too". " Hi boys" Crystal smiled to Sam and Colby, " Hey Crystal thanks for the invite" Sam said. " Anytime, Sam can you actually help me bring a box from the garage into the kitchen, it's way too heavy for me to carry" " Yeah no problem " Sam said following Crystal to the garage.

Colby and I joined a game of spin the bottle, so far it didn't land on me or Colby which was good news for me. Then it was Colby's turn, he spun the bottle and everybody watched as it slowed down and stopped on me. I looked at Colby and his face was full of surprise, I sat up and put my hand on his cheek. " Emilia maybe we shouldn't" Colby said nervously, " I can't wait any longer" I said before pressing my lips against his. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer to him as he deepened the kiss, we pulled apart and stared into each other's eyes, Colby looked like he was examining every inch of my face " Your so beautiful" he said.

I blushed and looked at the ground, he lifted my head up and kissed me again, we kissed for a while until we heard someone speak. " It's about bloody time!", we looked up to see Sam looking down at us, I blushed and turned away as Sam and Colby laughed. " I'm gonna miss you" Colby said stroking my cheek, " What?" I asked looking at him, " What do you mean your gonna miss me? Where are you going?" " Sam never told you".

" Tell me what?" I asked worried, Colby sighed, " Emilia we're leaving" " What?..." " We're moving to LA for our YouTube careers" Colby said softly. I felt my heart break into a million pieces and continue to be broken after it had broke. " When are you leaving?" I asked quietly, " Two days", I jumped up and ran out of the party. " Emilia!!" I heard Sam shout after me, but I ignored him and took off my heels running as fast as I could.

But it wasn't fast enough, Colby grabbed me and pulled me into a hug, I cried into his chest as he stroked my hair. " Please stop crying" Colby said to me, " I'm loosing my two best friends, and the guy I like how can I not cry", " You like me?" Colby asked surprised as he looked down at me. " Of course I do" " You don't know how long I've waited to hear those words come out of your mouth" Colby smiled. " It doesn't matter now, your leaving and I'll probably never see you again" " Please don't say that, I need you in my life".

" I'll visit, I'll call you, I'll video chat you I'll do anything if you promise to be mine" Colby said. " What?" " Emilia please be mine", " Yes" I said as he smiled and kissed me gently. " I've wanted you for so long, I'm so happy I finally have you", " Me too" I smiled, hugging him tight. " Come on let's go enjoy the rest of the party". We hung out every day, all day until the day finally came that they had to leave. I hugged Sam tight " You better text or I swear I'll be pissed" I smiled, " Don't worry Emi, I'll text you everyday" he smiled back. I hugged him again as tears started rolling down my face, Colby came over and wrapped his arms around me tight. " The same goes for you Colby" " I'll call you every day" he promised, " I'll try visit you soon, goodbye Emi" " Goodbye Colby" I cried as we kissed passionately. He pulled away, kissed my head and got into his car, he pulled away and I couldn't help but break down crying, I just lost the two most important people in my life, I really hope I see you again.
