Chapter four

EMILIA'S POV
It's been about two years now, and I haven't talked to Colby once but Sam and I are always talking. I had just graduated college with the highest degree in film production and I was doing pretty good for myself. I had an apartment, and a good paying job, but one day when I went into my office I got some really exciting news. " Emilia we would like you to move to LA and work with our bigger productions there, your way too talented to be stuck in this small town, go live a successful life" " Thank you so much" I smiled as I ran home and packed my stuff, booked a plane, and rented an apartment.

Sam video called me and I answered straight away, " Hey Emi" Sam smiled, " Hey Sam, how are things?" I asked. " Great, Colby and I are getting better on our social medias" " That's amazing" I said and moved a box. " What are you doing?" Sam asked, " Oh I got a promotion in my job" " Congrats Emi" " Thanks Sam" " So why the box?" " Oh it's something I'm sending you and Colby" " Really? Show me" Sam smiled. " No Sam it's a surprise" " Ugh fine" " Good boy" I laughed.

" Hey Sam, is Colby here?" A voice said, causing Sam to turn his head. " Yeah he's in his room, dude come say hi to Emilia" Sam said, Brennen came into the screen and smiled " Hey Emilia, long time no see" " Yeah it's been ages, Brennen would you mind doing me a favour?" I asked. " No problem at all, what is it?" He asked as Sam looked confused, " Sam can you leave me and Brennen for a second" " Oh yeah sure no problem" Sam said giving his phone to Brennen then walking into his room.

" Okay, I'm moving to LA" I said, " Oh my god, really?! This is going to be amazing to see you in person" " Shush! I want to surprise the boys" " Oh how?" " I'm going to fly to LA next week, I need you to bring me to my apartment so I can unpack a box. Then tell Sam and Colby to stay in their apartment because you got a fan mail box for them, you'll carry in the box they'll open it and I'll jump out". " This is going to be amazing, what time is your flight here at?" " I'll arrive in LA at eleven" " Perfect, I'll see you then".

Brennen gave Sam back his phone and we kept talking as if nothing had happened. I had been packing for the past week and the day finally came that I would fly to LA and surprise Sam and Colby. I had everything sent to LA and I got my seat on the plane. I had called Brennen before I got on to say I was leaving and that I'd be there soon. After a short flight I got off the plane, got my bags and walked to departures. I saw Brennen and ran over to him, " Brennen!" I smiled as he turned around " Emilia". He gave me a quick hug and smiled " Your even prettier in person" I laughed and we drove to my apartment where he helped me bring in all my boxes and put them in the rooms.

I quickly threw all my cloths onto my bed and quickly got changed. I was tired so I put on some black shorts, a blue belly top and some white converse. I brushed my hair and put a small bit of make up on, I looked in the mirror to make sure my long brown hair looked nice. We got in the car and I called Sam on Brennen's phone, " Hey Brennen" " Hey Sam, I just wanted to let you know I was at the post office this morning and I got sent this huge box from a fan but it's addressed to you and Colby so I'm on my way now to bring it to you guys".

" Cool, thanks man, see you in a few minutes" " See ya". I hung up the phone and smiled at Brennen, " They have no idea" we both laughed to each other and we soon pulled up to Sam and Colby's apartment block. " They only live around the corner from me" I said " Yeah, that's great we can see each other all the time". We pulled up and got in the elevator, Brennen put the box down and I quickly climbed inside, he put a bit of cellotape on top and carried me.

I heard him knock on a door and I heard Sam's voice, " Hey Sam" " Hey Brennen, that is a big box" " Yeah I know, is Colby here?". " No he just drove to the store, we ran out of milk" Sam said, " Does he know about the box?" Brennen asked putting me down. " Yeah, he'll be back any minute" " Great, we can show him what's in the box later, for now open it up". The cellotape was ripped off and I jumped up out of the box, Sam looked at me in disbelief. " Emi?!" He said, I smiled at him " Long time no see Sam" " Emi!" He shouted and pulled me into a big hug.
