Today was one of the most exciting days for Hoseok. His best friend Taehyung would be coming back from his trip any minute and he couldn't help but smile from ear to ear.

Hoseok stood around anxiously, waiting for his orange haired friend to run up to him with that bright smile of his. "Where are you?" He thought. Taehyung told him that he would arrive at exactly 3:00 but it was now 4:25 and he was nowhere to be found. Hoseok already messaged the younger multiple times but didn't get any response.

He didn't mind waiting but airports always blast the air conditioner which leaves you feeling like you're standing inside of a deep freezer. The worse part is that Hoseok was wearing nothing but shorts and a flannel shirt.

"Hyung!"

Hoseok jumped and turned around to be greeted by Taehyung with his signature box smile. "Oh Tae, I missed you so much!" Hoseok exclaimed. Before he could hug the younger, a girl appeared from behind him.

"Hoseok, meet Jo, my girlfriend"

Jo smiled and waved at Hoseok. "Hello Hoseok. It's a pleasure to meet you" she said. "Taehyung has told me so much about you!" She stuck her hand out for Hoseok to shake. "Um, nice to meet you, Jo" Hoseok awkwardly said as he shook her hand.

"I hope we didn't have you waiting too long. Jo wanted to stop at the food court. You could've just went to look for us" Taehyung told him. Hoseok looked away. "That's okay."

Hoseok had an uneasy feeling in his stomach. "Well, I guess we should make our way home" he said with a cough. Taehyung nodded and they made their way towards Hoseok's car.

Jo grabbed onto Taehyung's hand and they walked side by side. Hoseok noticed this and looked away. When they reached the car, Hoseok sat alone in the front and Taehyung sat in the backseat with Jo.

Hoseok sighed and turned on the radio. That's when the song "Friends" by Ed Sheeran began playing. Before he got to the third verse, Taehyung huffed and reached over to change the station. "Now this is much better."

Hoseok sat on the couch alone. Well Taehyung was there, but it felt like he wasn't. It was awfully quiet since he was too busy texting Jo. "I'm glad that you're back" Hoseok told him with a smile. "Yeah" Taehyung responded. "Will you stop texting her for once? We haven't seen each other in months and I've missed you and you're just ignoring me" Hoseok complained.

Taehyung put his phone down.

"I'm sorry. Why didn't you say anything before? I would've given you my full attention if I knew you felt that way" he told his hyung. Taehyung scooted over and rested his head on Hoseok's shoulder. "I missed you too."

Hoseok felt his cheeks get hot and looked away. "You didn't have to say it like that." Taehyung laughed and kissed his cheek. "But you're my favorite hyung~"

"Stop it. You're embarrassing me" Hoseok chuckled. He pushed Taehyung away but Taehyung grabbed onto his neck and they both fell onto the floor.

"Oof"

Hoseok opened his eyes and realized that Taehyung was hovering over him. "You're squishing me" Hoseok complained. Taehyung quickly jumped off of him and stood up.
