As she entered the hall, she saw Ace. He was dressed in a black tux that was decorated with very dark grey elbow patches. Ava blushed and walked up to him. The music was quite loud but not loud enough to stop them from hearing each other. She tugged on her own dress' sleeve and looked up at Ace.
"I-I'm amazed you wanted to take me to the dance..."
"You really think I'd put off a chance like this, sexy?" Ace licked his lips.
"W-What..?" Ava's eyebrows drop suddenly.

Slow dance music comes on.
"While everyone is slow-dancing..." Ace smirks.
He pulls Ava into a corner, then opening a small clunky door, and then as they enter it, the door shuts suddenly. Ava begins to panic. All she feels is her trousers dropping and her clothes being ripped before she suddenly passed out.

A breeze fills the air as Ava wakes up to find her clothes more ripped than when she was knocked out. She attempted to tuck in what she could and put her jacket on over what she was wearing as she started to cry. She came out of the room only to find that the sun was approaching the careful trees. No one was to be found in the hall, everything was packed away and so she hastily made her way to her dorm. Her tears flying away in the wind.

She sat in her dorm crying into her pillow, a tub of ice cream in hand with a spoon. She wasn't even facing the ice cream, but somehow managed to eat it anyway... The power of depression!

She didn't know what to do, but repeatedly dialled 999 but hung up. It wasn't the smartest thing to do, but she had no idea who to tell...

Ava walked slowly out of her dorm, whimpering and dawdling. Unable to smile, feel joy, her depression took over. Eventually, going into a state of emotional numbness. She just no longer cared.
