Y/n's Pov:

[Buzz Buzz]

Suji: Y/n when are you going to be here I'm still waiting.

I look down at my phone and see that my best friend, Suji, messaged me. I'm five minutes away. I say mentally, not texting her back since I'm driving.

When I finally arrive she runs out of the cafe to greet me. "Finally!" I roll my eyes smiling at her. "Aish. I'm only a minute late Ji-ssi." I say, giggling.

We walk in and sit down giggling and talking about absolute nonsense. After we finally settle down, she decides to go up and get us drinks. I take that moment of silence to take in my surroundings. Wow. It's a beautiful day today.

"Here (Y/n)." Suji smiles down at me and hands me my coffee. "Thank you, Ji." We continue to talk about our lives, current events, and just plain nonsense.

While we are in the middle of a conversation a waitress with two cupcakes stop at our table and set them down. I look at Suji to see if she ordered them, but she looks just as surprised as me. "Excuse me, Unnie, we didn't order these." She smiles sweetly and points to a group of boys sitting a little away from us. "One of them did." I turn around to look at them, but none of them are looking our way. Huh, weird.

Suji shrugs and digs into hers. I giggle and stand up. "Where are you going (Y/n)?" I look over to their table again and back at her. "I'm going to go find out who sent them and thank them." She shakes her head but doesn't try to talk me out of it. She doesn't like confrontations.

I walk over and stop in front of their table. It doesn't take long for all seven of their eyes to be on me. "Excuse me, I was just wondering which one of you sent the cupcakes." They all look around the table surprised at what I said. They did send them, right? One of them catches my eye and smiles. He finally speaks up. "I did." He says shyly.

They all look at him and smirk amusingly. Shouting things like, "Look at our golden maknae." And "Wow, Kookie, at it again." I roll my eyes at them and smile sweetly. "Thank you. We appreciate it." I bow and walk back to our table.

"Did you find the one who sent them to us?" I nodded my head smiling slightly while sitting down and enjoying the cupcake that the guy gave us. "Did you get his name?" I shook my head furrowing my eyebrows. "No, but the others called him Kookie."

"Kookie is only my nickname." I look beside me, shocked to see him sitting down on the chair next to me. When did he get here? Sunji's eyebrows go up, but she sticks out her hand and smiles when he takes it. "I'm Suji. Anyone who buys me food is someone I will talk to." I roll my eyes and hit her lightly. "Ji, don't be rude." She giggles. Kookie (or whatever his name is) sits there watching us in amusement.

"I'm (Y/n)," I put my hand out for him to shake it. "And what Suji was trying to say is we appreciate the cupcakes." He smiles and takes my hand, lightly. "Don't worry about it, it's the least I could do for kind girls such as you." Suji snorts and continues eating her cupcake. I hit her again and smile. "You probably say that to all the girls. Plus, we don't even know your name, how could we ever truly thank you?"

He stands up and dramatically bows. "Jeon Jungkook, and like I said, the pleasure is all mine." He flashes me a beautiful smile. (A/N: the gif.) I blush and look away. He chuckles and slides a small piece of paper to me. "I'm counting on this not being the only time we meet, (Y/n)." And in the blink of an eye, he winks at me and leaves.

Wow. This day is something else.

I liked this short but sweet one, but can we talk about playboy Jungkook. 😂

Also, there's something seriously wrong with my eyes. They are always burning, they are blurry, and eye drops aren't helping. Can I just scoop them out? I don't need them, right? Ugh.
