Gabe POV

I woke up with little sleep from last night. I couldn't stop thinking about the kiss. His lips against mine, what I wouldn't give to have it happen again. I bite my lip, that was probably never going to happen again. I got up from my bed and walked out of my room not changing because I know I'm not in the mood to from the thought that my crush doesn't actually like me back.

'It was just him being caught up in the moment. That's all that was to him.' I frown as I walked into the kitchen seeing Taylor with a bowl of cereal in front of him. He normally cooks, maybe he was just lazy today. I shrug and grab a bowl from the cabinet above the sink. Grabbing some lucky charms then walked to the fridge to get the milk.

"So...How are you this morning." Taylor asked, I turned slightly looking to see him playing with his milk with the spoon. I finished get the milk and went back to my bowl with the awaiting cereal. I shrug and respond, "Good I guess. You?"

Oh my God this is so awkward.

He clears his throat as I sit at the table in the chair across from him. "Good." He taps his fingers on the table, seemingly nervous.

We continued the rest of our breakfast in silence, the awkwardness and tension in the air thick.

"We have school today right?" I asked him.

"No. Holiday. So we're out." I nod.

'So we have a full day of awkwardness together.' I got up to put my bowl and spoon in the sink. After, I sighed, 'I have to make it less awkward.' I walked behind him and hugged him.

"I know you might not like me like that but that doesn't mean we have to be awkward toward each other." I whispered in his ear. It hurt my heart to say those words.

After he didn't say anything for a little I started to walk away and walk to my room once again. But I was stopped by a hand, his hand that gripped my hand and pulled me to him. His hair covered his eyes so I couldn't see them at all, but his mouth was sit into straight line. I flinched and looked away, however he had different ideas and turned my face in his direction.

"I.." He started.
