"Grace my sweet child,  you must travel back if ever you feel the need to, there's lots more job out there, your father and I can dwell on what ever it is you've decided",
Grace saw the worry in her mother's eyes, but this was what she had always wanted, a life outside the village, to share her medical abilities with the world.

She pleaded with her superior many times to validate her attachment but was turned down because there was never anything available.
When an apparent position appeared out of nowhere, Grace saw that as a sign from the Lord, when her superior made her the first person to know, she literally jumped for joy.

This was her first attachment in the field, she came home with a huge smile on her face, then enthusiastically told parents of the most wonderful news that had happened but when she told them of where it was her assignment was located, her mother's face fell and became white as a ghost.

By morning Grace was all packed and ready to go. The cab had arrived and she was on the door step now wishing her parents goodbye,  but sensed that her mother was troubled.

"Mother, is this about the bachelor Montego's resident", she knew it was and Grace wished her mother would just trust her instincts.

"Sweetheart I've heard rumors of that place, it isn't all good", Victoria wished her daughter would just listened to her, but she was as stubborn as a mule.

"Mother, I would be fine,  I promised. If it makes you feel any better, I'd call every chance I've got", Grace promised.

Grace's dad, was behind her mother with his two hands resting on his wife's shoulders.
He to was shook by where his daughter's whereabouts would be but he evidently didn't show it.
Victor knew how much this meant to his older daughter.

"You be careful out there", Victor let go of his wife to give Grace a hug, Victoria joined in, a tear slipped out Grace's eye. She would missed them dearly especially her ten year old sister Tracy.
The two sisters had always been so close, ever since they brought Tracy home as a baby, Grace felt like a protective big sister.

"Mom, give tracy a kiss for me, when she gets back from school", it saddened her to leave her little sister without bidding her a farewell,  luckily they spent as much time last night together.

"Well you two, I must be on my way, I love you both", Victor helped put her luggaes in the cab, hugging her once more.

"I love you my darling", he squeezed Grace then let her go.

She settled herself in the vehicle, now moving she shaked her hands out to her parents until she was out of sight.

This was it, her first journey on her own, she didn't what her voyage would be like, and not knowing what's to come was even more difficult but all she knew was she would make the best of everything,  the good and the bad.

The scenery and fresh air were all enchanting, it qualm her heart just by just the experience.

..............

Upon her arrival Grace was mesmerized by the architect of the entire estate, even if it was just like her mother described she was intrigued, just wondering what was behind those huge walls sent thrills down her spine.

"Wow", she whispered to herself.

The cab slowed down at the gate, Grace got out.

Taking her luggage out,  Grace dug through her purse, then paid her fare.

She took in a deep breath of fresh air then went to the gate, a security was there.

"Ummm, hello, good day sir", Grace waved her hand to get the man's attention,  which in fact she did.

"What can I do for you mam?", the man looked to be in his late forties if she was wasn't mistaken, he wasn't bad looking, but he wasn't good looking either, he was bald, but she could see behind those sunglasses, he had wrinkles around his eyes.

Nevertheless Grace greeted him with one of her best smiles.

"Sir, I'm Mr Montego's new personal caretaker", the man looked over at Grace, he had an expressionless face, he thought tell by the beautiful English woman standing in front of him, that she was from l London, with her accent so thick

The security opened his hand as if to receive something.

"Oh, yes, of course, how foolish of me", Grace search through her hand bag, taking out her permit I.D
And her confirmation letter passing it to him.

The man looked over her essentials, passing them back over to her.

"Standard procedure, M
iss Liverpool", the man unexpectedly warmed up to her presence.

"It's ok, kind sir, I do believe it's your job to do such",Grace responded.

"Richardson", Grace bent to pick up her luggage.

"I beg your pardon?", she asked

"My name is Richardson", Richardson answered.

"Grace Liverpool", she stretched out her hand allowing the traveling bag to drop on the floor, as they exchange handshakes.

"Here, let me help you with those", he bent down, picking up most of the luggae.

"Why thank you", they both made their way up to the mansions front door.
Richardson knocked on the huge doors, as they opened revealing another male, this time he was older and it was shown with the grey hair on his head.

Grace introduced herself,  and the elder man welcomed her in.
She said goodbye to Richardson then followed Henry.

He explained all she needed to know as he escorted her to her room.

The man was generously friendly Grace thought.

Henry sense a very good vibe from Grace, it was as if she had meant to be here and he wondered if it was by faith.

"Miss Liverpool, I would have one the maids bring the schedule time that the master come home", she smiled up at him.

"Oh please, just call me Grace, thank you",.

"Get settled and I'll see you in a while", with that he left.
Grace looked around her room, indeed it was elegant,  the curtains the  sheets the fabric were all of rich texture.
She never saw anything more beautiful.
