The dart

Tom's pov

I held the gun Tord gave me and stuffed my bullets in my pocket I use to hold my emergency knife. I hid behind a wall then looked around the corner of it. I saw men carrying guns and shooting all over. They had green sweaters under their blue uniform. "The green army." Tord whispered right next to me. I pointed my gun at them. "Should I shoot?" I asked. "Yes before they notice you." He replied. There were three of them, I pulled the trigger twice and got two of them in head shots. The third one looked right at me and pointed his gun at me. I went back behind the wall and Tord was gone. Then there was a Green army solider right in front of me. I lifted my leg and kicked him in the dick. He bent down as he held it and another Green solider was right in front of me. "Y-you wouldn't hit a guy with no eyes would you." I said. He pointed his gun at me and pulled the trigger. He got me right in the arm but it was a dart gun. I looked at the dart and closed my eyes. "Blue sky's in." I breathed in. "Grey sky's out." I breathed out. I lifted my hand towards the dart and pulled it out. I winced at the pain but I opened my eyes. "T-that wasn't supposed to happen." He stuttered. "No shit." I replied as I kicked him in his dick. He bent over and I head shot him. I jumped up and ran away to Tord. I found Tord and stopped right by him. As soon as I stopped I felt really dizzy and I fell over. Tord caught me with his hand. "T-Tom are you okay?" He asked. "They shot me with a dart and I pulled it out but I could only stay awake for a while." I replied as the room began to blacken. "Tom, Tom stay with me." Is all I heard after everything went black.

Matt's pov

The computers were right by the healing room and I heard Tord yelling. "Edd you're really close so keep going straight and you'll be right above them." I said. "Matt Tom is in the healing room don't leave your station but I'll update you on how he's doing tell Edd though." Tord said running in. I nodded as he left and adjusted the mike. "Edd something happened to Tom he's in the healing room but that's all I know, but stay focused and keep flying." I said.

Tord's pov

I put Tom on the one available table left and called over Bella. "Bella tell me is this a normal dart or a venom dart?" I asked. Bella took the dart from my hand that was shot at Tom. "Um it was venom but it doesn't kill, it just makes them fall asleep for five minutes then when they wake up they loose their memory which that lasts about two days." He replied as he put the dart in a plastic bag. "Oh okay well I have to get back out there and fight please take good care of him, I'm counting on you Bella." I said. "Yes Red leader, oh also here's Pat he's ready to fight." He said gesturing to Pat who sitting by Paul. Paul's eyes were closed and there was a bandage on his shoulder. "Pat." I said. He quickly stood up and looked around. His checks were wet and his eyes were were filled with tears. "Pat come here." I held my arms out signaling to him that I'm there for him. He came over to me and hugged me and I hugged back. I pulled him back and put my hands on his shoulders. "Listen I'm going to tell you what I told Paul, your best friend is hurt but you show weakness the army will too so go out there and fight for Paul's life." I said handing him a gun. "Yes Red leader." He said as he ran out. "Okay Bella keep an eye on Tom and don't let him out of here k?" I asked. "Yes Red leader." He saluted me and checked Tom's pulse. I ran out of the room and began hiding and shooting again.
