Sick day

Tom's pov

I woke up this morning and Tord was still asleep. I kissed him on the forehead and let him sleep. I got out of bed and walked to Edd's apartment. "Hey Tom, Tord still asleep?" He asked. "Yeah." I responded as I reached for the alcohol. I stopped my hand and grabbed a cup and filled then with water. "Why the fuck did I agree to this?" I asked Edd. "I don't know but you and Tord are going to living in hell for the rest of the week." He smiled. I rolled my eyes as I sipped the water. Not nearly as good as alcohol but like I said I live, somehow.

~TIMESKIP~

I was sitting on Edd's couch when I realized Tord still hasn't come out of the apartment. I walked back to the apartment and went to Tord's room. The blanket was over his face. "Hey Tord you okay." He lifted the blanket and looked at me. "Don't worry Tom I'm fine." He said. He sounded like his voice could disappear at any moment. "Tord you don't sound fine." I said. "I'm fine promise." He replied. "Tord breath in." I said. He breathed in his breath wasn't steady. "Clear your throat and do it again." He cleared his throat, still not steady. I put my hand on his forehead, it was really warm. "Let check you temperature." I said as I ran to his bathroom. I got out the thermometer that Edd gave to him. I put it in him mouth and waited. It beeped I too it out and read it. "Tord your temperature is 113, sorry but your not getting out of bed." I said putting the blanket back over him. "But Tom I-" "No I don't want you to speak either you could lose your voice." I said going to his kitchen to make him soup.

Tord's pov

I knew Tom wouldn't let me do anything till I'm better. When he left I got up and got a back of cough drops and filled a cup with slightly cold water. I popped a cough drop in my mouth and stuck the thermometer in the water. I needed to prove to him I was fine but that wouldn't come without proof. Before he was even done with the soup I finished the cough drop. I cleared my throat and said stuff that I usually say. "Hey Tom, How's your day guys, Please let me see some hentai." I stopped for a moment. "Eh good enough." I said to myself. I took the thermometer out and checked the temp. "95, yes" I whispered. Tom came back to check on me, I handed him the thermometer. "Um well how's your voice?" He asked. "Hey Tom how's your morning so far?" I asked. "Okay fine you're good get up." He sighed. I got out of bed and walked to the door. "But I swear your voice goes out three times I'm checking your temp." He said. I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Got it mother Tom." I teased. I walked out the door and walked into Edd's apartment and reached for the shelf with all my hentai. "Tord don't you dare touch that shelf." He said with his back turned to me. "How did you even see me!?" I exclaimed with my voice breaking. He smiled "I've been taking classes to know when and what someone is doing in a room at all times when I'm not even looking." I rolled my eyes and walked away from the shelf. "Tord?" I looked at him. "Give me your gun." I put my hand in my pocket and pulled an AK out of it and handed it to Edd. "All of them." He demanded. I rolled my eyes and reached into my hood and pulled out two guns the I reached behind the hentai shelf and got two sniper rifles and then went to his pantry he doesn't yew and brought three guns. Seven guns in total. "And weapons." He said. I sighed and we've to his cabinets and took out two swords then reached into the combat boots a left at his apartment and handed him my Swiss Army knife. He smiled a looked at me. "Now come outside." He said I followed him and Tom came too. We got outside and stood there for a moment. "Follow me to the park." He said. Me and Tom looked at each other but followed. We got to the park and stood there for a moment again. "Okay Tord take off your hoodie. I took off my hoodie and handed it to him. He took it from me and shook it slightly. Grenades, swords, and knives fell out. My face turned red and I looked down. Edd gave it one more big shake and a loud thump could be heard, it shook the ground slightly. I looked up and a giant tank was in front of us. I was shocked by it and Tom mouth was open wide. "Really??" Edd turned to me. "Hey I forgot that was in there." I said all innocent. "Ugh." He picked the weapons and stared at the tank. "What do we do with that?" He asked as he turned to us. Me and Tom looked at each other. "Well it's snowing right?" Tom asked. "Yeah." We both replied. "Well what did we do 4 years ago." He asked smiling. "Oh yeah that Sogre, but we don't have that toxic waste stuff this time." Edd said. "Wait toxic waste?" I asked. "Yeah it fell from the sky." Tom replied. "What day?" I asked. "Um February 7th I think." Tom replied. "Wait that day our plane with Paul and Patryk crashed into a cloudberg, that day we lost one whole barrel of toxic waste." I replied. They looked at each other. "Whoa that's weird how that tied in." Edd said. I started to shiver. "Edd give Tord his hoodie back." Tom said. "Oh right sorry Tord." He apologized. I slipped it on and hugged myself to warm me up. "I-it's f-f-f-fine." I said shivering. Tom brought me close to him to warm me up. I smiled I don't think I'll be sick for very long

A/N: Quick fun fact that Tom warming Tord up is based off of a real life situation. I was walking to school and it was snowing (this was kinda recent by the way) well stupid me forgot my hoodie at home. I shivering like crazy I couldn't get through one sentence without stuttering. I got inside the school and sat down and just hugged myself till I could feel my hands again. Then my best friend came and hugged me close to warm me up.
